The worst Optics Shop I have ever seen in my life. Right from the quality of glasses and frames to after sales service everything is terrible.

Very bad behavior ,we visited shop for trials and we were planning to get glasses

Couldnt rate lesser... Worst shop! Never visit there....owner behavior is worst. They will talk to you only when you purchase something but if you get some problem in glasses like in fitting of the glasses they wont listen to you. Theyll say now we aint responsible for this.

Worst, I took contact lens for year n they just gave directly in box...I felt like it was of monthly. As it resulted in my eye lid swell. Still I thought maybe it not like tht, but then I buy specs with glass of 2500 and its been full of scratches even though I am careful in cleaning. I feel like they used cheap glass in name of for glass I paid for. Disappointed and felt cheated.

This is the worst shop I ever seen in my life.They dont even have manner to treat a customer.i gave them my specs for lens changing and they throw my old lens to dustbin because they through lens were useless for them plus they didnt gave the receipt and when I asked for the bill they charged extra 40rs .the Owner is ridiculous person. I suggest u never buy anything from their shop even dont visit .They treated me so badly
