The bedsheet & pillow cover were stinky. They were smelling very badly. The bathroom commode was leaking.No protocol of wearing mask and using sanitiser was being followed.There was no subscription for TV channels.Wifi password written at the door was wrong. The lock in the room can be opened without a key.The lack of professionalism amongst the staff make it worst. OYO should review the hotels.

Comfortable. its very well located and very good value for money. the rooms were spacious and bathroom clean and modern. we had a nice stay. rooms are newly painted. lift was a bit clumsy. a bit noisy. but you dont expect so much for such an affordable price.

Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr.Mukesh is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safari,jeep safari,camel safari and tent stay.The rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great.wen i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.Ill recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

Its only for stey purpose is good but if want service than its very bed. location is perfect. i suggest dont book complementary breakfast because their are very cheep and formality.

Location is perfect and well connected. they just handover the room key. there is no one to guide you about the locking system, gadgets etc.

Overall good stay, no complaints and true value for money. Value for money and located at convenient location with easy access or approach to places. Room Service needs to be improved a little.

Poor service. Water is provided in a jug which was dirty. They charge extra for mineral water. Bed linen was not that clean. There were spiders. Toilet seat was broken. Breakfast they served 3 small pieces of Aloo Paratha which was OK.

During my recent visit to Indore I have found one hidden Oyo gem whose price was not just pocket friendly but also was too economical. With good hygienic rooms to cleaned washrooms, I find them one of the best choice to opt when you are in/around Indore.

With the kind hospitality I have been welcomed with and amazing stay I ended up I guess it will be really nice of me to review the best in town which made my journey one of the memorable one. I had never imagined the kind of hospitality I have got from oyo rooms but quite contrary to my surprise this place made my experience the best.

I had great time during my stay here and thus is the very first reason I want to share my feedback here. The overall hospitality while staying at this property was amazing and the staff was very helpful along with being kind.

Dont ever step inside this hotel. The staff is really rude and forced me to hand them my mobile for rating. When I denied the were ready to fight and even abused. Pathetic service and worst oyo experience so far.

At 1100, you give an early check-in. That’s ok but at this much tariff, so small room. Just the bed and one step. Least you could have done is give complimentary water. That too you sell. Great.

Room was good and specious but smell problem in the bathroom due to leakage in EWC, complained to the manager and hotel staff but not resolved hence moved in another hotel. Hotel staff behavior is also not good, needs to improve otherwise behavior will spoil everything. Also needs to be transparent on billing and invoice because when I asked about invoice representative said that I have 28 rooms and not sitting to make invoice for every room. Very good attitude!

The poorest attitude for a service provider.Their staff member Ajay was the worst, most pathetic person I met in hospitality sector.We were made to wait even after online confirm booking.Then later the room we were given was disgusting Or wasnt cleaned. There was marks of liquid spilledThe bedsheet was dirtyAnd the room was smelling like hell. I couldnt stay there for 5 minutes.Uoon complaining yhe attitude of the person was on 7th cloud. Ajay was like either take this or ask OYO to book another hotel for you. He wasnt ready to talk to OYO customer care also.We were asked to cancel the online booking and book room offline, during checkout the guy wasnt giving us a GST invoice their is another level of fraud going on here in terms of tax theft. We had to literally shout out loud people and guest gathered around then he gave us our invoice.Extreme disappointment.Pls avoid at all cost.

The hotel is in vijaynagar near my convention area, about 4km from railway station. the room was good spacious. moderate cleanliness. the gizzer was leaking all the time ,after complaining many times no action was taken. room service was good. no attached restaurant.

The behaviour of the **** representative was just not acceptable, pathetic, no manners to talk or host the **** service. On the top of that the hotel doesnt provide any amnesties, even for breakfast they denied, we dont provide breakfast,. I will definitely not suggest to visit this hotel seriously.

This hotel is walking distance from hotel shayaji and on the second floor of the building. Rooms are nice and food is also reasonable too.

I never gave 1 star in the past to any OYO room but this time I have to give because of following reasons:1. Staff dined to pickup the bags to take in the room2. No curts surved with parathe. When ask for curth staff said they dont have. Not on first day and till last day.3. In house restaurant dont have food quality and when I ordered from outside night staff dined to serve.4. When I asked that OYO provide such services in all other OYO rooms, night staff said OYO is rubbish and we dont care about it. We are planning to leave OYO.5. Night staff was always on personal calls. If I ask anything they dont even respond same time. They say, wait we will speak to you letter and take 20 min to listen to me6. Whole night staff was playing songs and movie on their phone without headphones. My room was next to reception, they didnt care about it.

Worst hotel ever i seen. The behaviour of the worker are so rude and unreliable. The service of the hotel is so bad and No this is no even pocket friendly hotel the costing of any thing is so much, even norml bottle price is 40 rupees double of norml price.The worker charge 400 rupees extra for the light stain and it already in room before the checkin.I request the @oyorooms #oyorooms please remove this hotel in your list.
