Do not take this bus. Very pathetic service. They just fill bus with ppl unnecessarily to earn money. Even theres no place to sit. Even the aisle is fully crowded. Pathetic like a local bus. Its better to go with some valued to service bus. Even 1 star is so much. I couldnt give zero or else Ill give nill. No star to pathetic travelers.

I Booked Ticket From Om sai Ram Traveles For Indore To Sagar But ,Travels Has given Other Travels Bus Which is in Poor Condition also Not Aloted Same Seat as Mentioned in Ticket.

Staff is polite but they dont follow any rules regarding covid 😅 . Service is not up to mark but they were also offering best deals for any middle or lower class.

SNobody answered the phone.... No refund after its one of the bus met accident and I was directed to take a sitting type of seat instead of my original sleeper seat...... Also, staffs behaviour is bad.
