Worst place dont go they are scaming us there is no kamala travel office.

Staff is good, but location is not good for strenger person

They are overall ok or even can say their services are good. Just they need to improve their staff behaviour...as in the person available in the Buses should talk little more politely.

This is not the actual Bus Stop for Guna. The correct bus stand for Guna is Kamla Transport, Pawanpuri Colony, Musakhedi, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452020.

I cant sleep all night bcoz rash driving and full bumpy road. Also boarding the people between the journey they were sleeping on the bus floor.Very unprofessional.

Bus timing was 7 pm. It was to depart at 7:30 frm vijay nagar for guna but it departed at 10 pm at that too after overloading the bus with excess passengers.

Very bad during journey from Indore to biaora.They cant blame the road as I have traveled the same route by Esteem transport and was comfortable.Will not prefer it in future.It felt for 5 hours that I was in bulluck cart.

Very poor experience with this bus and they took 10hours from Guna to Indore. Driver was little rude and taking stoppage every 30minutes/half an hour. Very bad experience with this Kamla travels bus.
