The station complex is pretty clean and very well maintained. There is a market area outside the station complex where almost everything one needs is available. Auto walas wait outside the station and they are very honest and charge genuinely. But having said that, there is always a scope of bargaining. Happy travelling.

Station is very much clean and maintained.Previously it was was very bad, dirty smelled station.But this time I went after so long time and saw everything was changed, cleanliness on platforms, well cleaned and maintained dustbins closely around you, neat and clean sitting benches and all.The beautiful small garden makes me impressed which has small idols and green grass, that was also maintained very well.All toilets are cleaned and with running tap water.#LooReview

Indore Junction is a railway station which enroute to useful tracks. The station has 6 platforms in which 1-4 are in line and 5,6 are in different direction. The station is equipped with all basic amenities like parking, drop off- pick up area, auto rickshaw stand, public restroom, cloakroom, waiting rooms for sleeper class and a/c class, RPF on duty, food stalls, elevators. The station has low frequency of trains which is a low point.

The station is great and theyve maintained it pretty well. Its just that there are parking issues and the small line / maharani road side has car exit issues.

The Narmada Bridge was opened for traffic on 5.10.1876 by His Highness the Maharaja of Holkar who named it ‘Holkar-Narmada Bridge’.[4]

The place is evolved so much over the years. I have been seeing this station since i was a child and it has never been this clean. Kudos to the administration. Now even people barely litter and if they do, someone is always there to point it out.It had 4 platforms at this place and 2 platforms half a kilometer away from this place, so total 6. Train quality has improved tremendously but faster train from indore to various destinations across nations is a thing which needs to be work upon.

Its clean, its good but its cramped. There is not much space and not much platforms. The road to station is too much cramped on both sides. Government should either shift the station to a new location completely or should extend it and the approach roads. Government should also shift the bus traffic a little away from station.

Platform no 2 was too dirty (people who often dont travel by railway can vomit due to smell of _._._._._and avoided that in the pics attached here) and was hard to breath. No escalator, lake of seating places as usual in Indian railway stations and you have to wait either by standing or just to sit anywhere on floor. It was too crowded outside the main gate and need a proper management. Best part is that train begins on time.

Well maintained Indore Railway station. They have small golf car type vehicle to carry passengers and luggages subject to charge. They also have pay and park facility, free ac waiting room for for passengers traveling through ac class, mineral water refill outlet, free Google WiFi, etc.Rs 25 for pay and park.

A new addition of the indore city. Indore railway station is now extended to platform no. 5. Electronic escalator and lift is there which is not available at old station. Having Large parking space which is wheelchair accessible also. Cool drinking water facility and water wending machines are installed here. Mainten cleanliness.Make sure your platfotm no. before boarding your train because, to reach platform no. 5 from platform no. 1 is a tough task specially when you have enough luggage.Although new station have very few active ticket window, sometime 1 or 2 but Always buy a plateform ticket if you are a visitor.
