Good hotel, near to center, friendly staff, receptionist is good, over all nice budget hotel with all basic requirements

The location of the hotel is great, close to many sites that youll want to check out. The entrance to the hotel is set back from the main street so it is a lot quieter. Staff was really friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Average place to stay in, easy to locate, rooms are clean and good but ac are very old and just for sake of name.. Prices for a day are okay, not so cheap and not so costly.

The room intially provided to me was in a bad condition as in the electricity connection was loose and the fan was not in normal speed it was very slow and then when I had ordered extra cup of tea for myself as I have a habit of having more amount of tea in the morning and there one cup of tea is not satisfactory for me they were questioning my choice like you are only single staying why extra tea is required even though I had cleared them that I am here to see the doctor and I have a connecting bus to Mandsaur there will be no visitor coming to my room I am here to fresh and up I had travelled all the way from Pune to Indore so definitely I need a place to stay for some hours with luggage along with me . They had questioned me like four times there will be no visitor coming to your room like they dont understand in one time if I really had someone known to me I would stayed at that person home not at a hotel. The reason they had given me was not logically correct at all they said we did this for female safety I want to understand how? Why you are questioning only females why not males and one more thing is that if a person known to a female comes then she is safe and it is not necessary every woman who stays at a hotel will always have a male visitor very bad logic . Once ,cleared they should not question someones choice of eating and habits. They were directly questioning my integrity

Hotel is in quite good venue.. . vijay nagar is hub from station it will be reach quite easily by magic vehicle cost only 15 rupees from station. the cleanliness is the matter of concern.. . pls improve that rest is goodits was quite good.

Nic hotel can stay n nic service

We went to the hotel brithday. There was a very poor system, do not make any rules related to corona. Sanitation was also not good.

It is a hotel in the business district of the city, and has good availability of conveyance. It is not far from the main tourist attraction of Rajwada area where many of the historical tourist spots are located. Service is reasonable. They dont have attached restaurent, but food is sourced probably from outside and served in the room. Food quality is just average. Reception chap was quite helpful in giving information on historical sights. They would not do any booking for you like bus/train service.

Room is Ok But Restaurant food quality is worst. i had dinner in night and fall sick with diarrhea. couldnt sleep whole night and checked out in morning even though i had booked for 2 days. very bad experience.

Its a nice Hotel with neat and clean rooms , breakfast is good I am here with my Family for 2 nights and 3 days . Co operative staff service is really nice. If I visit Indore again will stay at Hotel Park . will definitely recommend to my friends.

We had booked 3 rooms. We got 1 facing main road and 2 at back side. Front facing room was too noisy. The hotel is on main road so there is lot of traffic noise. Both rooms at back also had this noise issue and in both rooms a rat entered at night from back side from at gaps around air conditioner. We had tough time getting it out. The bathrooms were not clean and even the rooms were not cleaned properly before we checked in. Service was ok. We did not order any food so not sure about food quality. We stayed there for 2 nights but it was not worth the price we paid for it.

I stayed there with my friends. One day we asked hotel guy to change or clean glasses as we drank coke in it last night. Then instead of clean those glasses that fellow told us to clean glasses by ourself.Worst service ever I experienced.Will not recommend it to anyone.

Worst Hotel, Creepy staff, will knock your door for every 10 minutes just to peek inside, possibility of hidden cams inside room. dirty water, Unclean Rooms, provides used towels, very cheap feeling after , Destroyed my vacations, waiter will beg for tip of 500 Rs at least! please avoid visiting it.
