Very risky ,the driver drive the bus very fast they dont care about your life.

They used to fill offline seats too , if the online seats arent filled ,that isnt the proper case they also sometimes give same seat to off-line and online booking customer

I m travelling for first time and has nothing good.They are charging ₹750 for such a bad service.In sleeper seats they are fitting 2 person in one seat and everyone are labours who are stinking very badly.Probably have not taken bath from years.Drunkards...When you ask question they say Time is so powerfulNo one can bit the time....All things non sense......Cheating people.....Charging too much ₹ and not even giving proper service.......Delayed by 2 hours from the given time.No cleanliness....No one wearing mask even in this situation..😭😞🤔🙄😒😱

Welll and good on time

Too 300 rupees for the booking and informed me that my bus is at 9 PM byt the bus timing was 8:20 PM and i missed the bus. They didn’t refund the amount and charged me another 350 for the ticket

Please don’t travel with gagan travels buses. Seats are not comfortable and buses are even worst then government buses. They overload buses with many peoples all the time.

Very good service. Today a incident happened I have to catch a bus from other bus stop and I am this bus stop and I became panic but the staff of Gagan Travels Gangwal bus stand gave me support and shifted booking thanks to all staff very good and friendly, understanding people. I am happy now 🙏😄

This is the facility where you can buy the bus tickets for going out the city where you want and they have a large no. of buses so you dont need to wait for the buses and they have a regular schedule buses so you can book with online and offline as well and you can go there also to book the tickets and they have there own selling tickets platform so from that you can book the tickets their buses have a good quality seats and facility like they provide TV for entertainment purpose and also they have a sleeper buses their buses are running in the state as well as other states and they also have a cleaner for their buses and they can reach their destination in less amount of time and they have different boarding and drop point for the customers and also their buses has a huge amount of space to keep the luggage and they are safe because of they are locked in their locker of bus so they have all precaution for this

Most worst experience with this bus.. please dont go with this, people are pathetic n very irresponsible. If their bus is troubling passengers then they use to sleep patiently n will come back to you on another day. Till the time, u will be somewhere in midway. Not safe for girls specially.

The worst travels....humanity nam ki chiz nhi hai....the staff was damn rude and they dont bother to help female passengers. They didnt stop bus at the stop and even denied to keep our luggage in the bus.. We walked about half km with the heavy luggage.. It was worst experience...if the staff cant help us. .mat kro help, we can manage but atleast service to shi do.. Free me nhi jarhe hai.. We have paid enough to have a comfortable journey..

Tyre burst on the way from indore to surat.he had no jack and no paana .he called another bus driver for jack.he did with hammer further procedure because of having no paana.ha had no spare tyre as well.he joined damaged spare tyre and said that he will change after 20 km drive a new tyre.now he is not changing it and driving with damaged tyre saying that Chal jayega

Just an office,where you can find buses for different routes specially for ratlam, mansaur and for all rajasthan routes.

It has no Timing to arrive. It is more luggage bus not a passanpas bus. Worst ecpexperie. Majburi me hi is bus se travel Karna. It leaves from Ahmedaba with 2 hours delay due to loading of luggage.

I usually travel to Mandsaur from Indore and buses are not maintained. Drunk travellers travel in buses. Seats are smelling and wet.

Worst experience ever!!! Will never suggest anyone to book this travels !!!! Very irresponsible!!!!!I would prefer canceling the travel rather than traveling in Gagan travels.I was traveling from pune to Indore last week before Diwali in Gagan travels. The bus was 1 hr late to reach the pick up point. Then till 2 am in the morning the bus could reach only 100 kms outside pune. It broke down due to engine failure which was confirmed by a mechanic who spent 1.5 hrs trying to repair it. The bus owners and office people stopped receiving our calls as soon as they found out about this. The substitute bus came at 8 am the next day to pick us up. This bus broke down around Manpur which is around 80 km out of Indore. Finally we had to board a ICTSL bus coming from sendhwa to reach Indore.The bus drivers, owners of bus, office people were completely irresponsible and unapologetic for the situation we had to suffer. Also, they were very rude and disrespectful in behavior when we tried expressing how discomforable the entire experience was. Please dont opt for this bus service ever!!!!
