I am writing this not to defame anyone just sharing my experience. I visited the clinic for my fathers treatment.Doctor was sitting at the door of the clinic and prescribing medication without concerning about the privacy of the patients. He was handling two patients simultaneously as well as dealing with the patients in a very rude manner.I also belive he must be very good but need to think about the patients privacy and confidentiality too.

No star at all, extremely bad experience. I would give minus star for his treatment and behavior. It is my fault that I went to him reading about only his positive reviews on google.We visited for the treatment of my mother as she was having complaint about sour throat and little chest pain since few days.On first consultation, without any test he wrote a lot of medicine and said you will be feel better after some time, but nothing happens.The doctor was very arrogant in speaking. He treated us like we were fools and illiterate people.He doesnt answers your genuine queries and not bother to tell you about what is the root cause or the problem that patient is having.We thought that because of his experience and value, he has this attitude and we thought that it is ok if he is giving the right treatment.After 5 days when we visited the doctor for follow up . Again we asked for the problem but he did not gave any answer about the issue my mother had. Instead he just wrote 8-10 types of medicines. I researched about each medicine on google and found that most of them were of calcium and Vitamins tables. After taking those medicines for 3 days , mother suffered from a severe knee pain over the night, that she was not able to get up from bed in the morning.We started applying some ointments and massage on knee but it gave some temporary relief. We visited another doctor for knee check up and got the x-ray and other tests done. Everything was normal , so the ortho Doctor advised us to stop all the medicines she was taking prescribed by Mr Chourdia. We immediately stopped taking those useless medicines and continued the treatment for knee pain. By gods grace , my mother recovered in 3-4 days.This all happened because of the overdose of calcium tables and their side effects that Mr Chourdia prescribed without bothering about the root cause.I tried to have a chat with Mr Chauradia and asked about my mothers problem but he never told me what is the problem, instead he just insisted on whatever he has done was the best. He said that my mother might have arthritis so consult with some other doctor. Mr Chaurdia ,I would say that you better increase your knowledge and check what is arthritis and what are its symptoms. I myself is an Arthritis patient and I know better about this. It cannot rise over a night as it happened with my mother and it cannot be recovered within a week as it happened after we stopped taking your medicines.My mother simply asked the doctor to at least check the throat and tell the problem ,during both visits, but without having a look at the throat and without having any test or diagnosis, just talking to a patient from 2-3 feet away , how could you write these much tablets. If you are afraid of the Covid patients(my mother wasnt), then go home and take rest , why you are sitting outside the clinic and wasting peoples hard earned money on which you do not pay tax. We are middle class people and coming to you with some trust and expect at least humble behavior, so have some sympathy and kindness in your behavior. If you are charging fees in every visit , you should give proper time(at least 5-10 minutes) to a patient and explain about the problem. Do not be impatient and greedy for the money only. Sometimes patients also gets recovered by the Doctors humble and polite behavior. So please go and take classes about it.In Response to Doctors Comment:-For your Information - I visited in March- 2021- before Lockdown. If you do not remember , check your wats app chat that we had. If you want , I will post your prescriptions and our chat here. Even after this if you do not remember, please take some treatment. You, being unhappy will neither return my money back that I spent on your treatment and other ill effect of your treatment, nor it will return me back those days thatme and my family suffered. Better you should change your behavior or take retirement.
