Bus was nice as i had booked non ac sleeperanyone who wish to travel with non AC sleeper can go for it for sure driver as well as all staff were very nice👌

The staff behavior is such pathetic and Manerless, they even are not aware what kind of passengers they are filling in bus. Smoking cigarettes and beedi in front of ladies inside the bus. Dont the staff have aware that ladies are also boarded in bus. If your seats are not filling please dont fill such a low quality crowd just for the sake of Money. Staff behavior is ridiculous, no manners how to talk with LadiesAnd how yousr staff is allowing autowalas to enter into bus for sawari at dropping point.Dhariwal travels out from my list. Shame.

Staff is worst. Everytime arguing with everyone. Drop point mentioned at Railway station in Indore, but they are are not bothered to drop passenger. They asked in mid way at Navalakha to leave out as last stop. Dhariwal you are no more in my options to book ticket.

On 23 January my parents went to Ahmedabad but in Jhabua the bus was stopped as it has some internal problemsand they asked bus driver that how much time it will take to solve the bus problem so driver said it will take time you can take any other bus and the amount will be refunded.So they took another bus and went.But its been 20 days the refund has not been done and as the payment was done online so when we called Customer Careso they said to go to office and check and when we go office and checked then they replied its done online so it will be refunded in account.So this is not about only the refund of some money but if you dont want to refund kindly tell us so that we cannot go everytime and waste our time.And even when i reach your office then they did not even treat us like customer and they have so many excuses like:-firstly we cannot tell you today.secondly the person who checks this online has not come yet.thirdly Bus was gone and everybody reached.fourthly they said Bus had not any problems and if i go now they will say the bus did not reach to Ahmedabad.And when we asked to share Owner Number they refused and not provided.And at last i will not prefer to anyone to travel with you as your services are the worst.

Hi All,Just wanted to share my experience with Dhariwal travel ( journey indore to pune non ac) Date 16 June 21.Its worst experience for me to travel with this bus, its 10:34 AM and we are 134 km before Ahmednagar it will approx take more 5:30 hrs to reach pune almost in eve.please dont book a ticket with dhariwal travels if u are expecting to reach on time. they didnt inform us about reaching time and staff behaviour is also so bad.

We booked bus from dhariwal travels. A break down happed bus was cancelled and they didnt paid our money back!!! Worst experience.

I sent my luggage through Dhariwal travels from Indore to Mumbai and my new suitcases had scratches all over, they were damaged. Will not send through this travels again. My luggage was roughly handled

Good service but passengers comfort could be improved like by repairing charging electric socket n by providing electricity for mobile charging. We can understand that due to covid 19 you are not providing bed sheets thats good but beds could be cleaned.

Worst possible experience. The boarding point and drop points were changed last minute. And the new points were more than 10kms from original point. The staff was not supportive. The ride was very rash and no proper information about any changes were made. Please look into the matter or we will have no option left except going to consumer forum. Please do not select if you want to travel safely and comfortably

Very arrogant staff at office .that didnt know how to talk to customer. They dont know velue of time. They abusing to me , I we reached at office correct time I ask for check the ticket but body gives me response for half & hour one person abusing me at last movement .I never suggest for dhriwal travel. Very third class.I dont have any word for them exactly. Sorry but I am very upset.

Conditions of buses are very poor andgovt roadways buses are overtaking it ,they take more 8 to 9 hour in journey time ,seats are compact you have travel by folding your legs,Bus staff not having any professionalism,they are just busy in grabbing local passengers and not attention on other passenger.Very poor bus service and if you are booking using redbus than they will not help you at all.This my final ride with this travels or redbus .

It was the most pathetic travel experience I ever have...first of bus is in very bed condition, seats are very dirty and making too much noise.. Also they are taking extra passengers to fill galf between two births..means they have occupied the way also..last but not the least they play bhajans all night for sleepless night...I would recommend never ever travel by this Dhariwal !!!

It was a worst experience ever in my life. I love traveling and enjoy it in all formats but this experience was really terrible.I would rather go by walk than to be raped by this bus and their services.First, they booked ticket saying same bus will go till end and half way they changed it. However both the buses were horrible.Second, the bus driver or whoever was a real bulshit. Even after my request to shift me to front row seat which were vacant, he didnt, saying its already booked. Later I saw he himself was sleeping over there, when I asked why is it so, Is this how you care your passengers, talk to office, he responded in very offensive mode.Third, they were changing routes as per their mind. There was a dispute over it also in the bus with other co-passengers and driver.Four, driving was really harsh, It was my bad luck that I got middle row, which is fine but due to rash driving I couldnt sleep and in fact I am feeling more tired of jerks.Its fake, ZERO points to this travels and no recommendation.Never go for Bhopal travels (Dhariwal travels) even if you have no options.All the best.

Poor service... Vehicle Maintenance is poor, causing vehicle breakdown. Not a trust worthy if have connecting plan.. I have personally experienced 4 times.. Very disappointed.
