Going there is like youre going to buy headace for you. No one does work in one time. Building seems like you can shoot horror movie there.

Someone snatched my Fathers phone recently, so he lost both the numbers. I went to BSNL and Airtel to get a duplicate SIM. This is what transpired,[BSNL]After a few redirections and 1 weird form later -Person: .. we have sent an OTP to the number. Please tell me thatMe: *sigh* Which number?Person: The same number which you have los.. Oh! I see. Then you will have to go to the same office from where you purchased it[Airtel]Me: *opens the door* Hi. My father has lost a SIM card. How d..Person: Here is your new SIM. Thank you.The staff is polite and helpful. I have no complaints there. But if the underlying system itself is broken, staff cant do much

The staff is very helpful not sure why bsnl employees and staff is considered rude, the process and infrastructure is old and seems bit slow but these are the best people who genuinely want to help and go out of the way to help, they are better then any private operator airtel idea etc where they even dont know what the issue is. Just carry a positive attitude and assurance that you will be helped, just trust them and speak to them nicely they have double stress then anyone else due to being government company .Highly recommended and beautiful experience with CSC, times are changing and the new days are coming for bsnl.all the best

Staff here are Very reluctant to help customer when approach for any services they provide. Premises is big to handle large operations yet work area doesnt matter what matters is the right attitude towards the job in hand and customer obsession!

Its been 8 month since i am trying to get a broadband connection at my home and not getting any assistance from the officers at the BSNL office. This is the worst services i ever came accross. Personnel are not picking up the call and in the office they are not even aware of anything.Place: 42 lok nayak nagar, dhar road, indore 452002

Indian Govts telecommunication is serving whole India .So it is necessary for everyone to keep a sim of BSNL.

There is a lovely garden nearby. Good place to jogging and spend your time peacefully.You can see that the hush of the city stops hear.Still under construction or maybe renovation but you can access about 90% of the garden.There is an steam road roller alao at this park.

Not good service of BSNL employees.I went this place for MNP. They asked me wait for my number. After two hours they (BSNL employees 50+ old peoples) refused for issue of sim card and throw my ID proof.Very very very..... disappointed.

Poor. One year lapse but my security deposit amount after surrending the connection of land line 2440573 is not yet paid to me.

Staff was very polite and down to earth. They are very dedicated with there work. They have ability to satisfy there customer.

Only 2 staff for bill deposit and no bill payments via digital process other than cards

BSNL: bhool se nai lena, first they will not give you connection then after multiple follow up give connection and again will not provide services.. and again you have to keep follow up for disconnection

It is located near Neahru park. If u have any problem regards BSNL connection & services one stop solution. It has well arranged customer relations counter on ground floor. The staff response towards customer are satisfied. Most importantly if u want change any plan, bill payment, new connection etc can do there. But if u want to close the connection other this location they will not accept the application.

BSNL , A government Organisation , which is operating a land line and Mobile Network in all over India . Only one company which have a large network in compairison to all private network Companies . This is oldest in telephone Industry .

This is the central telecom office of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. All senior officers except General Manager have their offices in this premises. Customer Care Centre is also functional on the ground floor.

Best BSNL office of Indore with senior staff and old music. Totally different environment. Will take you in 70s 80s era. Must visit sometime.

Huge office of BSNL in the middle of the city near railway station and Nehru Park. BSNLs most senior officers also sit here. Staff is so cooperative and humble. There is also a restaurant in BSNL Campus and a temple of Lord Shiva too just outside but under BSNL Property.

Main office of BSNL. Single window CSC is there, where you can get solution for all your needs. Higher officials too sit here, incase of any grievance can be approached.Staff here is humble and cooperative.
