I come with my daughter in x- ray department .me and my daughter spend allready 1 and half hours but they dont give any type of service .very waste service and I am suggest to any one come on this hospital.poor service.

It is expensive as compared to government but it is good in treatment

Extremely careless staff, emergency ward has been established just for the sake of formality, there is no facility of immediate treatment even Duty Doctor is not knowledgeable enough to understand the problem and disease of the patient. Knight duty Dr. And staff are totally unexperienced, Ambulance facility is very bad, I suggest never go in the time of emergency. Highly Disappointed.

Staff is not supportive. Many things patients and care taker have to do. They will give answers like staff not available in ward. You wait or so urself..no proper sign boards to help.Water purifier for patients is very poor. I feel they use AC coolent unit to cool water.No exhaust in wards u will fill suffocating in night.No CCTV in ward or balcony. Mean if staff misbehaving u cant prove.I can compare it with some government hospital services.

This is good hospital for many types problems if you have a major problem so you come hear at hospital staff is good but it have many crowd.. I request their staff please improve your service because you also know your hospital is very popular hospital in indore.... Thank you

Worst hospital visited ever. 👎After getting confirmation and appointment a day before, went there all the way from bhopal and found such a disgusting environment over there. Completely third class uneducated staff having no manners and etiquettes to talk or to answer a visitors or a patients query. All of them should be first sent to get a training institute where they can learn communication and management skills. After confirmation one day before, got to know there that senior doctor was not there. I would never refer anybody to go there. Actually it is a best medical college in indore..All facility available here..Such as emergency, wheelchair, general ward.Great garden in campus for relaxation.Restaurant inside a campus but food is very expensive...

They ones gave us a wrong report due to that report we have struggled lotsometimes they are too careless to generate reports
