It is worst. I have paid advance amount in Jan 2021 itself, but even after 8 months, connection has not been done, though pipeline is already there in our township. I have no option but to complain in consumer court.
I applied for connection on 25/08/2020. I gave 5000rs as per their guidelines. They assured me that I will get it in 90 days. Even after 6 months they did not give me connection. Then I had to go to their office, shout at them, and give threat of filing complaints in consumer court and police and over that I had to take few people with me to make them do the work. Very pathetic service. Such a good opportunity to build the business. Not even a single competitor for them. I will change once another company start pipe gas service.

Very horrible experience with their services.....never taking any call from customer ...Since January 2021 we have deposited our money for gas connection...till this date no any service given from them.....in between...called the concerned person Mr. Purushotam Malviya...he told to complaint in customer care service...n whatever the money is the it will be refunded......but no one is picking up the call.... trying since 3 week.Personal advice...no one should take a service from this type of agency

One of the worst company, very unprofessional behaviour. They only make fake promises, the employees are very lazy and arent even punctual. The helpline number is also not working. The fellow who comes to fill up the form and take payment submitted my form one month late with all the wrong details. Not at all recommended.

The indore customer care is pathetic and will realize that why you have taken service from them.they don’t provide movement of service and ask you to disconnect and take the new connection. The timeline of installing new connection will be after 30-40 days.

Very bad service about billing and information not sent by company. And refund not settled till 6 to 8 months and refund cheque made with wrong amt. Company not send bill every month and charge penalty when it dues.

They completely deceived us and tricked us into paying the advance amount but even after 1.5 months of the order our gasline hasnt been installed yet. No correspondence from the companys side. Worst services. Never go for it. Our areas pipeline was not working since morning and the 24*7 helpline number was not answering calls, they pick call after 9:30 only.Once they pick call they told that it will be fixed by 12:30 almost 8 hours without gas. Its no cooking day🙂

Took 6 months to acquire the connection. After the pipeline was installed no one came for the final installation for one month. Finally when we self installed the connection, the connection stops on its own. And now no one is responsible enough to pick calls or register a complaint.The emergency number is of no use. Gas supply is fine but the web site is one of the worst I have ever seen. Payment gateway is defined in a very poor way as if the company wants to punish the consumer for payment of the bill on line.

A great company where you can find good customer support,They send me a bill of rs.47330 approx for one year. I have come here 5-10 times in a six months(Me yaha 5-10 bar chakker laga chuka hu 6 mahine me). Tab jake to bill mila he. No bill On time, no Meter reading on time, no problem solving on time yes but great customer support. Ager apni saving yaha per khtam kerna chahte hoto le lo connection. Maja aega tumhe.
Extremely Pathetic Service. Customer care is Rude. Emergency number is not answered in time and when answered after 40 minutes of waiting the rep hung up on me. They sent the bill of 9700 in the first month of connection and no one is answering the phone to explain what is this bill for. Please dont go for the connection.

I am giving 1 star because we cant give lower rating than that.. we were missguided and not properly informed by the sales person of avantika gas.. he told us that no money will charge if you havent used any gas.. no minimum charges..and we were shocked when the bill came.. we have 4 connections.. and we used only one connection so the rest of the 3 connection costed us 298.. and thegas line was connected at the date of 8/6/19 but surprisingly the bill came from date 1/3/19.. we tried to contact to customer care.. and they were like.. ab toh bill ban gya.. ab aapko pay krna padega.. very wrong way of making profit and missleasing the consumers..

Aavantika Gas Ltd has sent Bill amount Rs 19289.00 (for a month)for domestic use!!!!It is a complete harassment to send such bills without even taking the meter readings! Moreover the customer is a senior citizen and she can’t run over to file complaints again n again.We here are not running a factory or restaurant to receive such a huge amount of bill and it’s for residential use, the average household bill for gas is not more than 8000/- per YEAR.Moreover there is no one who picks up the phone.Worst!!!
Incredibly bad company. Very high & illegitimate charges for installation, installation alone costed me 10k. Other than that, their personnel charges additional amount for converting LPG to PNG.They never pick up their phones, not even the emergency numbers. Please continue using LPG, dont fall for them.
