Very good experience in terms of services. Specially the guy named Rajat was very professional, skilled and dedicated. Also the girl named kajal was very polite and skilled. Service Ill recommend is Hair Spa, Hair wash, Haircut, Clean-up/facial, manicure and pedicure. The part Ill suggest to improve is to give equal importance to all the customers. This was the only thing I didnt felt good about as Respectful and Welcoming gestures are a must in service industry. Last but not the least, the hospitality and good suggestions by the guy named Junu was also appreciable. Must visit Kaizen for services and good discounts.
