0 star for staff behavior

Worst experience ever.The staff wasn’t cooperating. I clearly mentioned that we will be a family coming there for stay and the staff said, there is no problem. We went and checked in, what we see is ashtray and cigarette butts kept in our room. The room was not at all ventilated, fully closed and suffocating. I asked for a change, the other room which was allocated had the same things. I had to ask them to clean up the toilet. If that wasn’t enough, when we were checking in, a guy had brought girl to ‘check into a room’. The girl was wearing scarf all the time, even when there was a clear board asking ppl to remove their scarfs for camera. It was pretty clear what was happening there. And the manager had said it was a family friendly place. Looking at all this, when we said we need to checkout right now, the receptionist there denied that and said money will not be refunded. We said you can deduct one night’s charge and refund remaining amount, but he did not agree and we basically wasted around 3K rupees for entering and exiting a very shabby place. When I asked for receipt, they couldn’t even provide that. This is definitely not a place to stay for families/kids. Please stay away from this place. Never in my life going back there or recommending anyone to.

Very much bad experience...3rd class room ... Very dusty full room furniture, table , mirror...no clean floor...and hotel facilities nd owner is very bad behaviour me 2 time.

Cleanliness missing. Walls having paint coming out. Bedsheets had a lot stain marks. Waterbottle was refilled one. Staff is not professional. Toilets were damaged.

Staff is so helpful clean room and overall it was great experience to stay in this hotel

Worst oyo experienceSummary of my stay:1. Oyo provides complementary check-in for 10am-12pm but the oyo manager charged 300rs for the same2. Oyo manager clearly refused to accept pre-paid (online paid) bookings, asked us to pay directly to him in cash3. Room conditions are very bad (see the pic of Walls Ive attached)4. Pillows covers are unclean, blankets are smelly, blanket covers are torn

Pathetic staff. The person sitting at the reception was very rude and mannerless. Booked it from Oyo and the hotel owner denied the check-in at the price offered by oyo.Either pay this much amount or search for something else were his exact words.

Brand new hotel near by Annapurna Temple.. Awsome stay for one night. Staffs are so co-oparatvie. Rooms are clean and well maintained.Hot water, Free wifi etc. are available. As a new hotel wish you all the best..

It was good to stay but no parking facility are there you have to park your vehicle near main road. Staff was very friendly

Clean and hygienic rooms totally worth of money

One of the worst stay in Indore. Staff doesn’t have manner to speak with customer. Room service is worst as anything . Not single co operations from hotel staff. Bed and rooms are stinky . Bathrooms are not cleared and cleaned. For everytime you need to approach to the reception by stairs.PATHETIC
