Not recommended. Sample taken on 07.30 AM at 03 April-2021 and now till 7.00 pm on 04 April-2021 not getting the SRF ID, when we asked for SRF Id they told that there is Govt sever issue. Then I told him that Ill complaint on CM helpline, then they sent me the fake SRF ID. I think they are providing fake reports as well.I requested to all of you Please dont waste your time and money at Unipath.

Absolutely irresponsible.A patients report is not ready since 5 days.The technician who took the report Mr Dhanpal, has an absolutely irresponsible behaviour.Delays report everyday saying it will be ready in 1 hour, 2 hour, evening, next morning.No help from the head office also.Shameful.

Extremely unprofessional. Covid Sample was given for test on 2nd april in the early morning and was told that report will be issued by the evening of 3rd April. During the evening they said that the report will be surely WhatsApp to the patient by 8 oclock after which they said that it will be send by 9 in night. Its already been 10 o clock and there is no sign of issuance of report. Also they say that they are 24/7 service providers but right now they are not receiving the calls. Patients of such disease are already quite tensed and need urgent medication and these people take them for granted and delay the report. Pathetic services.

Pathetic services. Youll have to follow up a zillion times before they give you an UPDATE on report.Its been more than 30 hours and still Ive not got any test result(committed time was 6 hours).Think twice before choosing this lab.

Extremely bad system! Very irresponsible and unmanaged staffs!I called them at morning 11.30 am for RTPCR test and they said within 1-2 hrs person will reach for sample collection but its 3.30pm and they are just forwarding call from one to another and lastly ended up with saying there is only 2 girls available and we havent talked then at which no. You were till now!!!!And the irony is I was talking with the same no.!!!
