Good infrastructure, good facility and good doctors. They all deserve 5 star. But the lady at the reception spoils it all. Person with the worst attitude I have ever seen at any reception desks, specially at clinics like Aarohan. The way she shouts at people, patients, attenders make it a very uncomfortable environment at the waiting area and we want to just rush out of there. No management skills making everything very chaotic. No pricing standards. Takes 5 hours for a 15 min scan. You take appointment for 1pm and arrive at time and yet get attneded at 6pm. Highly not recommended.. unless they start making changes.

Mam is one of the best n finest doctors I have ever met..she did my anomaly scan very patiently n diligently..she answered all my queries n explained everything in detail..inspite of so many patients waiting in her opd she gives each n every patient full attention n time..The staff is Albert cooperative n helpful

Visited Aarohan on the recommendation of a friend. Excellent infrastructure. The doctor is very competent, extremely caring and helpful.She was patient in answering my queries and explained everything very earnestly. The staff is supportive and kind and Made me feel comfortable. Overall a very good experience .I can only recommend her and the team.

Dr Preeti Tomar is a shining example of what every doctor should be...competent,compassionate and dedicated. She always took time with me, answered all my questions and never seemed to be in a rush to move on to the next patient. The support staff is efficient and polite.I have recommended friends to her too and they too have been all praises about her.

Did not reccomend to go, if you dont want to get disappoint and want a satisfactory results.Long waiting time approx 3 hours but examine only 10 minutes. May have expensive machine but Cheap paper quality, barely visible any feature in image, 12 images on a single page they can use at least 4 pages, bl**dy money minder.Keep patient waiting in the Ultrasound room, so that others assume that doctor is giving all attention but she is busy in talking with someone else. Such carelessness is not tolerable.And please dont ask about the fees, its way too much as they need to build their fancy houses from your salary.

Will not recommend to go hereWill give zero stars but here is no option for it.Unprofessional behavior, staff has no idea of what is going on, poor time management.Dissatisfactory results, dissapdisapp by looking at the ultrasound images 12 images on a single page, barely able to view any features of my baby.

My experience with Dr.Preeti has been wonderful.She is always approachable and personally concerned for everything.very friendly and thorough expert in her field.her office staff is equally proficient in their duties.i am so happy to have shared my pregnancy with her.there was never any tension or complaints whatsoever in the whole pregnancy.infact the soothing music in her office is something which I really used to look forward too.Both Dr.Preeti Tomar and Dr Gajendra Tomar is the best team in obstetrics and Gynaecology in Indore undoubtedly.I owe my first born completely to them and will always remain indebted.

Long waiting and no staff provide correct information about the time of lunch and other details

Poor staff doesnt know how to talk with patient..Reception lady rude misbehaving. In future I dont take any service nor suggest to anyone bad bad bad very bad experience
