Loved the Ambience and Aesthetics inside. Variety of Veg Cuisine available. Taste is good, hygiene is also very good. They sanitize the table after every guest leaves. Perfect place for Family, Group of friends and couples. Parking Facility is also good. Good for taking pictures if youre a photoholic person.

Wasnt a planned visit...but we did a check.To our surprise this place seemed to be happening with well laid out sit in dining area,adequate ventilation and staff with an eye for providing a sanitized environment.Cuisine is amazing,well spread,sumptuous and delicious.Service and cleanliness a big thumbs up.

Food was tasty. Cheese toast and cheesy pao bhaji was good. Service was good too. Covid protocols are being followed. They can stop adding colour to their dishes. Paneer butter masala clearly had added colour.

This place is famous for so many different recipes. The cake is awesome. You can try cream roll, chole bhature, paw bhaji . The ambiance and surrounding is very nice. Service is ok.they offer Self-service so dont expect too much . For party and birthday celebration its a ideal location withEnough Parking space!Overall a good experience 👍

Location :Almost a kilometre from the Agrawal Public School , Opposite to Mata Temple .There is dedicated parking facility for approx 20 - 40 four wheelers.There is a guard for parking as well .Parking wont be an issue here .Apart from that , the taste is signature of Shreemaya which all of us love !!Cakes , cookies , breads and other bakery items are available.Average price for food items is INR 250 , which is absolutely worth it .Average wait time during hard crowded weekends may extend upto 30-45 minutes, there is waiting chairs inside the cafe or you may sit on the benches outside !!Taste is amazing, service is very nice , token system based.Seating is by default 6 ft apart !It is always a very very nice experience to visit any shreemaya in Indore !Well , these are my personal thoughts on the cafe , hope you find them helpful !!

Shreemaya is one of my favorite restaurants to go to .the hygiene and the costumer service is always up to the mark .the food was delicious, its just a little costy but totally worth it.

My worst experience their. Served masala dosa without sambar. Waiting time 40 mins and need to wait extra 40 mins to get your order. No one their to listen customers.

Great ambience, wide selection but cant comment on food quality as couldnt have anything around 1115 am as the store had just opened.

I would literally give just 1 star .We ordered at around 6.40 pm and we were told it would take half hour for the order to be given.At around 7.24 we got the platter, that too tasteless.People come for the brand name, but the service was useless. At first there were no waiters, we got water, plates and spoons by ourselves .Then one waiter showed up , busy on his phone after telling him to get water , at the end I had to get it.Unavailable service , very late service.Had to stand on the counter for 21 minutes and literally beg for the 2 paranthas to come.Between approx 33 tables , all full, there were 2 waiters .After ordering at 6.40 , we went at 7.10 and they hadnt started the making of parnathas. We literally had to remind them , of the food we ordered to be prepared.Advice: dont go for brand names always.

Today on 24 August we visited with 15 members for dinner it is our worst experience in shreemaya , services were worst , no protocol followed for Covid 19 , guard or any staff member were not interested on maintaining the rush , like an Indori bhandara behind oue chair other customers are waiting for our table to vaccent it is the worst experience. I request to management to take care of this immediately so that shree maya reputation can be maintained.

It was very bad experience. First of all its self service restorant so if you want to sit and enjoy with family/ friends so plz avoid otherwise half time you will waste in burying coupon and following up with service man. No buddy was there to listen you. Minimum star is one otherwise I would give minus rating.

This Place could have better good .Its paneer doesnt fit to my taste .Also the food is in very less quantity .But ,Sanitizers are there on every table ,everything is so neat and clean inside it feels so good and its cakes ,muffins and all are so tasty .Thats why giving this place 4 stars as sometimes the food is not good but there is always something special about a restaurant.

Waited 50 minutes but the sizzler was not ready. They told me it would take 20 minutes today because Theres rush. So I was ok because I Already paid for it. Then after 25 min,I went to food counter asked for the sizzler but That man did not Reply because There was a lot of rush. And Everyone like me was waiting for their orders. Everyone was tired of their service. We called the manager,He took Slip saying I will check and inform. He said My order is almost ready but it wasnt even started to prepare. By then It was around 30-35 min. Now i went back asking for my order which said to be almost prepared. But No it wasnt ready. Then My Order is Finally Ready,But it is delivered to a wrong table because they called the waiter asking for sizzler. I was Shocked knowing this that he just came giving the order and just sat and he got sizzler. The management had become so bad now. Finally I asked for refund then Manager said My order is now prepared on priority. Ridiculous. Then I started shouting that I want Refund thats it. They refund me. And All this took more than 50 min to get out of Celebrity without Food. Very bad Service. I was not alone who cancelled the order and Went back.
