However, whenever there is a discount the weighing machine goes non-working. Happened to me twice. It is quite frustrating. The staff just casually says what can we do? I think the authorities should take care of it immediately.

Just love shopping here....all the categories are available at competitive price.They have a huge and open layout which gives shoppers an amazing experience to shop.Metro has huge car parking so parking also is never a problem.From home applicances,house hold utensil, toiletries, grocery,apparel and accessories every item is available under one roof.The billing process is also relatively ok and fast.The biggest disadvantage is there is nothing customer assistance while one is shopping inside.Few brands are never available on regular request and feedback also nothing seems to change.
