Worst organization to work for. Reasons:1. Dont expect the salary in time, they shall cut the salary without mentioning a reason too.2. If its your last month to work, forget that youll receive the salary in your account.3. If you are terminated, obviously without mentioning anything, dont expect the salary even for the month you worked there.4. Behaviour of the owner is drastic, he shouts to everybody and shouts for the complete time he is there in the office.5. No appreciations, no rewards, no credit.6. Turnover ratio: At least a hundred in last one year.7. No planning, no guidance, no strategy, no direction. But they need a result. Otherwise get terminated and forget the documents of experience and salary.An organization to get MENTAL HARASSMENT.If you are thinking to join the organization, think 5-10 times and do refer to the ex-employees and ex-HRs. JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK.
