I WILL GIVE 0 STAR RATING -Very poor after sales service and no proper response from service manager, Technician work is worst, Till date I spent money for service maintenance apx.40-50k at this service centre but i am watching since 2 years technician not working by skills many times the forgetting parts installation after overhauling in vehicle which causing accidental conditions. still my vehicle wheel belt cover and some plastics parts are not installed which they had forgot to installed after service . I also suggest if you want to purchase Suzuki vehicle but please dont purchase from Khandelwal auto (M G Road Showroom)

It was not even 2 hrs after buying suzuki access 125 there was a problem with over ring and whole engine oil started dripping. So had to get it changed by suzuki service center. Not a good experience.Was expecting much more good things from suzuki.

Totally below average scooter. They say kam peeta he. But after all sabse zyada yahi pita he. Service isnt good. You have to say multiple times to get things corrected.

Very well known place for Suzuki Lovers...Maintained by not well but all model mostly available...I own Gixxer SF ...

For Purchase new bike this place is best and a great staff of sujuki showroom available here, but for servicing there is bad staff and never resolve your issue on time and also i seen here my bike condition was better before service but after service bike not running well.

Worst experience..I am calling them to pick up my vehicle since morning and still no one has came to pick the vehicle. I am even ready to pay them the pick up charge still facing issues.If this is the type of service they are providing then seriously never ever trust them especially in case of emergency.

Its a nice showroom for suzuki 2 wheelers. The staff is helpful. Though they to sell you expensive accessories at the time of purchase be careful and refuse. There is a good auto accessories market nearby. Service center is also present at the basement of the shop. They are good in their service as well.
