Amazing service: plz. Read the complete feedback.I purchased health insurance policy for 2 years for my family almost an year back from Policybazaar. Buying through policybazaar is very easy as their representatives r really helpful. I request u all to read the terms carefully. Under this policy, I was eligible for private room in any hospital. My son got burn on his foot and was very serious so I went to nearby Noble hospital, Bicholi Mardana, Indore. That hospital was not in their panel hence Cashless treatment was not applicable for that hospital. Mediclaim department like other departments is very helpful in that hospital as they managed all the things and communicated to my insurance company and made that treatment cashless, that is, I just paid a sum of ₹300 out of ₹37,225 total. And for this I didn’t have to make any effort as their mediclaim department did all.I really admire the service of my insurance provider n strongly recommend it to everyone.Note: If u r taking treatment in hospital which is not in panel of ur insurance company ( where treatment is not cashless) then plz inform ur insurance company at the time of admission of patient and take intimation number from them.
