Very bad services, Bharti axa is a fraud insurance company, do not take its insurance policy. They will not help you when you need them.

Sub standard. We went to paris may 2019.we got ourself insured with bharati axa. Unluckily we lost luggage at paris airport. We filed complaint at madrid airport. Subsequently transavia issued us lost baggage certificate and airlines also issued that we have not received any compensation. Seven months have passed. Till today 18 dec 2019 already seven months have passed and we have not received any compensation from bharati axa insurance company. They are raising new and new excuses. I am highly anguished the way they treat there policyholders. It is better not to Insure.i am requesting company to look into matter otherwise i have to complain against you to IRDAI AND CONSUMER COURT .

Ullu banate hai bekar log mere 43000 rup thag liye, loot lete hai, loan lene ke chakkar me jabardasti policy dilwai phir 3 saal tak pese bharne ke baad 43000 pese kaat ke wapus kar rahe hai. Insaan pese kitni muskil se kamata hai.
