Visited this store yesterday.. I was totally disappointed. Other good reviews here are either paid/biased - There is a sales woman who is arrogant and does not have basic courtesy to attend to customers who visit the store. We were made to wait for more than 30 minutes, which we did patiently but then all our queries about TV were ignored as if saying Hey Mr Customer - Shut Up - What do you know about Tv? Pathetic behavior and pathetic staff.. They should shut shop.

Wifi is worst. It has bad range. I bought highest price router 4A Then also it is not working in 1BHK FLAT. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MI.

Pathetic Mi brand is. They are Chinese and dont deserve to be in India. I purchased Mi laptop and as per invoice it is mentioned that Rs. 2000 cashback will be credited with 90 days but it has been more than 4 months now but no one responds to queries.#boycottMi #looters

I have purchased phone from Rahul sir, very good store and behavior.

Everything is best including staff,customer service but the bad thing a.c is not working how the staff survive in store in hottest summer company should do something for tham.

My 1st experience is worst experience in this store .. They dont have enough products in store, I went twice in the store but didnt got what I want !!! Make sure that if you had opened store then you should to have enough products. They are telling that for the product which I want for that I have to stand in a queue , we dont have that much time so make your store with good amount of products.
