Fraud company all ratings are fraud they force the people staying in hostel to give 5 ratingI was residing at Hello world, Nightingale hostel in Indore , Vijay Nagar.I took it through one of your employee Saboor.He had not informed me of the moveout charges also it was not informed that we have to pay electricity bill seperately.Though I paid it for 2 months but this is complete misguidance on your part.Also as per the mail of only being able to moveout between 1-5th of every month and 30 days in prior, I vacated on 21st Nov.Its 10th Dec eod and still refund not processed.When I called customer care an arrogant executive says you have to show proof, well I was not knowing that I have to spy. Else I would have definitely kept one. Also on asking escalation matrix she denied to give and disconnected the phone on asking full name. How unptofessional behaviour is this. Executive name was Manisha, call timing 18:22pm on 10th dec.She also said refund takes 30 days, I asked her a simple question that why us diff info being given by your other officials. Are the rule not same and she did not answer my query.I am highly disappointed by the sort of behaviour by your officials and want a complete refund of my security deposit at the earliest.Also I would never recommend it to my collegues. Hughly disgusting service.I need revert on priority before I take up the case with consumer court.
