Akash hospital is providing best services to their patients. We were having a delivery in tomorrow evening. It was normal. They are giving best treatment to our patient.

It was a very good experience here at akash hospital. Dr. Baser is very good, helpful and told us everything about treatment. Staff and service were good and supportive. Bills and documents were done properly, so no problem faced in mediclaim.

It was good experience here by akash hospital and Dr. Archana but very expensive charge taken by them and also hidden charges available. Rather then service and staff are very good.

Always ask first if Dr. Baser is going to see you after paying 800INR fees. Most of the time staff will not tell you that a Jr. Assistant doctor will write prescription for you (while you are paying hefty fees in Dr. BASER name) . I insisted that I paid for him & want to show him only but they denied. Very bad experience.

Dr. Baser is very good and clinic is very nice. Also his assistant doctor from Mumbai Dr. Pallavi is very polite and skilled.I got my ear infection and sinusitis treated here.

So I went today to see Dr.Baser for ENT. He was not available. His junior doctor did investigation and gave me long list of investigation.Im having pain in my ears because of bad throat she has not checked my ears at all.Im completely unsatisfied with this behaviour and investigation. Inspite of asking about Dr.baser she said he has also adviced same line of treatment.Rs.800 is fees of Dr.Baser and his junior also same fees no difference at all.☺️Please save money and go to different doctor. Aakash hospital for ENT is not worth...Answer:Sir, I have consulted 2 doctors and its a simple case of cold.There r no covid symptoms (no bodypain, no fever, no runny nose, no breathing problem, no fatigue) I mentioned that I had very cold water and since then the throat is bad.Why the tests have to be done by Sodhani Diagnostic?Im sorry sir, but if patient is coming to see you then you are supposed to meet patient once. Patient feels good about it because after seeing your name outside your hospital patient visitsDr.Pallavi is polite and I never questioned her.I rest my case here... You are much much older to me and moreover a DOCTOR and more intellectual.Thanks

We had VERY BAD experience with Administration staff.Hospital is already registered under HDFC ERGO mediclaim but MR. SANJAY whose seating at reception desk and MR. VIPUL SAKSENA seating in Head Office MISS GUIDED us and refused for Cashless delivery due to which we have to pay 50,000/- on the spot. After cross checking with mediclaim company we came to know that we can do Cashless delivery but Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Vipul Saksena CHEATED us and took money on the same day.I want to tell you that you have done very wrong thing with us, please dont do with any other patient.

We had few set back in past and this time we were continuous in hunt for best doctor for high risk pregnancy of my wife.we have done our homework and shortlisted few best doctors in indore.out of best three doctors i have finalized basis of personal touch to job and domain expertise. Big hospitals like Bombay Hospital etc dont have control on their supporting staff which plays a crucial role in high risk cases.Madam have best expertise in handling critical cases and most effective control on their staff.She herself do OBS ultrasound which i have seen first time and give effective control on critical and high risk cases.The best part is serious about their responsibility and providing best possible solutions and treatment related to pregnancy.Finally we blessed with baby doll and thankful to doctor and recommend to all needy person like me,

Staff and doctors work is good. Hospital has all the facilities.But its all about money in the hospital. Long waiting time. Not so good experiance after delivery. Hidden charges were there, was not taken care post delivery. Dr. Archana Baser was not even ready to talk on phone post delivery. I took help from another gynaecologist.Not gonna visit this hospital again.

Worst experience at this hospital with Dr Brajendra Baser.where i took my 5 yr old daughter for preauricular sinus surgery.unnecessary tests suggested that caused her so much pain n discomfort n reccurent infection..and the final surgery expense told was double than elsewhere.nil experienced staff.and lots of mosquitoes n foul smell in hospital rooms..very very bad experience.

Unprofessional on billings like if doctor takes round and dischargesyou by 1.00 they will charge u full 5000Rs for only 2 hrs and this is because there doctor in not coming in time to discharge u6.Pharmcy they dont keep medicine prescribed by there own doctor and they will send u 3km away from there hospital to get it7.Toilets are always dirt and stinksHOPE THEY WILL IMPROVE..

I came in emergency at 12 mid night on 16/10/2018. I had previous delivery by C Section. Dr Archana Baser arranged for my care with a flash and I had normal delivery a healthy baby boy having weight 2.75 kg. I cant believe it was booked for planned cesarean delivery at other hospital. Thanks to Dr Archana Baser and team for prompt and safe delivery at mid night. They are angels. Keep doing good work. I will be always gratefull to Dr Archana Baser for special care in case of emergency. I was a greate experience for me. I had never seen such dedication and honest work.

Dr like Archana baser giving useless reports and have no more experience in term of handling patients. Beacause of such dr we have to go process of abortion. They looted customer by bill. For a normal fever in a single day they made bill of 6000 rs in 2 hours.

Most of the good ratings are fake and given by their hospital Staffs.This is one of the worst hospital of INDORE. Treating physicians are very unprofessional they only loot your money by applying unnecessary tests / minor OT.although patient load is very low here they extract the money from those patients who come by mistake or in emergency.Shame on such doctors their ethics and hospital.
