It was a bad experience. I went to give sample but the receptionist was very rude and was busy with her own work. When I asked if they can email or whatsapp my reports they said neither of the options are available and I have to collect hard copy only. I am a health care worker if they are treating me like this than I cant imagine there behaviour with other people who has less or no knowledge of medical field.

It good to have rules but, should not blindly follow them, Patient health severity should get utmost importance.Person who pays first gets quicker number than Person who visited & fill the form 1st., Only Money Matters to them. Although CT guy calld us early..but given just a Single film in chest CT others providing two..

The management system is quite good even after the location is very crowdedI put my number at 9:00 am and my city Scan was scanned at 11:00 am There is a very large open space to sit comfortably All you have to do is enter your number and make a payment and wait for your turn to come, they will call you himselfDue to corona, there is a lot of crowd, yet these people give the report in 5 hours Everybody is behaving very well there There is also a seating arrangement for covid patient God forbid you have to go for a city scan, but if you need to, you must go SRL

Worst diagnostic centre I have ever visited..staff are super rude..In the name of collaboration with trust...they are simply cheating n making people fool.I would personally recommend to never consult this center.

Worst daignostic centre ever seen...i took appointment for MRI in noon for 7.30pm but they make us wait for 10pm...i thought coincidentally it heppened with me only but i seen 3, 4 patient complening the same that we are waiting for 3 to 5 hours...its worst...and its expensive too dont go

Staff is worse. They dont care about patient priority.I took appointment 1 day earlier for MRI and I was referred by hospital emergency department.But when I reached there they asked me to wait for 45 mins because another person was going for MRI.People are rude, non corporative there.

Dont go for RT-PCR test. Service and report timing is too poor

This is worst service in Indore , They committed 2 Hrs waiting but 4 Hrs already passed . I suggest to all person only visit if you have 4 Hrs extra in calendar.

In the age of digitization, not working of debit credit card machine at SRL is not a good sign of managing and meeting customers expectation. It takes additional efforts to find an ATM nearby which can dispenses the money. Customers is forced to transact in cash instead of cashless.
