Ajay the manager at store is highly inefficient and extremely irresponsible uncooperative and not at all customer friendly ..he did not inform about the hdfc card offer on my purchase of 5500 when he had asked me about my payment mode .otherwise I would have purchased other stuff worth 2500 more and had got my cashback of 750 ...sales boy was very helpful .BUT MANAGER IS NOT DOING HIS JOB ...DONT VISIT THIS STORE ....USELESS FELLOW ..DIDNT EVEN TRY TO CORRECT HIS ERROR.trying to be helpless whereas he could have worked a little hard and rectified the mistake ......

Yet to try the product that I purchased recently. However Im looking forward to more offers

Your store manager was incompetent in his job of making clients aware of their added benefits and just sat there collecting money and then talk rudely by adding that we should be aware of offers posted on small pamphlets displayed somewhere .wasnt it his duty to tell us that added offer can be beneficial .i had to bear losses of 1000 on that purchase...sorry not your store ..there are better ones in this city . Such disgraceful management .Shameful ...
