For a company so brilliant, the staff working here need to up their game. The staff is unwilling to work on the after delivery process relating the RTO registeration and the accessories. No matter how many calls or visits you take to the showroom you will only be disappointed and your work... Well they will call you back as they always say but never deliver... Good luck dealing with them... Lol

Before buying anything, make sure to analyse the quotation paper in detail.Look for the hidden charges, and match the ex-showroom price quoted to you, from the one mentioned on Yamahas official website for Madhya Pradesh.Showroom is good, staff is decent too. But theyre gonna bomb you with tons of calls every other day once you get the quotation.And one more thing, the motorcycles may not be as expensive as youre quoted by them! So make sure to confirm with dealers from nearby cities, your friends online and Yamahas customer care.

Worst yamaha service station. Staff member Ravi doesnt have manners to talk with customer. There is a huge communication gap between the guys present in showroom with those present in service station and customer suffers due to this communication gap between the employees of showroom. Worst worst worst showroom. Would not recommend to even contact this showroom for the service and waste your time.

Please find details of bad experiance at showroom.Behavior of Manager is too bad. Post selling of vehicle they are too bad. Firstly at the time of vehicle purchase they offered me helmet and unfortunately I didnt wear that at the time of purchase and post that when I tried the same it is small in size and not as per my need and later on I put that helmet for replace and today on 27th June ( 21 days past vehicle purchase) date same is replaced after many follow ups and continuosly commiting false. Also at the time of selling of vehicle commitments are diffrent and post that they just satisfying customer in words and not by work.Also at the time of purchase they told that in case of free service you only need to pay for oil change and nothing else but today when I go to service centre they add Rs. 400/- fix expense on every service for injector cleaning and chain lubrication thats also add bad experiance to me.Also I think educated illetrate are seated here who are not aware about the spelling and proper data feeding which an illetrate can do properly. They made mistake in my RC Card and change the spelling of my surname how fool they are and when I m complaining the same they said chalta hai sir. How well they are behaving post mistake.It is my worst worst worst experiance for vehicle purchase here. Not suggested at all as they only restricted there services upto vehicle selling and post that sir ho jaega sir kardenge n all.Also when I am saying that kindly do teflon coating before me they dont do that. Also I ask what products are you using kindly share they dont do that. Really experiance is too bad in each and every case. Suggested to take in writing everthing with them in the vehicle purchase at Petal.Also when they given me helmet today actual MRP of same is Rs. 1079/- and they quoted me Rs. 1300/- for same and collected additional amount from me. Thats again soo bad experiance.Also there is mismatch in Insurance amount quoted in quotation and actual insurance amount.Supporting photos are attached.Do something serious as it is creating bad repo of yamaha due to all above concerns.

I wanted a decent but light weight bike and not sure about any particular brand. So I went to almost every bike showroom available in Indore. But the treatment I received from Petal YAHAMA made me decide that if I want to buy a bike it will be from Petal just because of its supportive staff. I went almost 10 times before making any decision and they attended me in very respectfull manner every single time. Even I spent around 2 hours just before making my final decision. And man, they really helped me a lot. I am very thank full to them for bearing with a customer like me, as I am very picky about anything I purchase.Thanks Petal for such an awesome experiance.Ill will update this review soon with their workshop experience after 1st servicing.

Such a worst service from the employees, they come there to sit and chat. only one person working with honesty rest all are just useless, they themselves dont know what they are doing there. very bad experience with petal.and their workshop is a nightmare, in the first service they removed some screws, I can imagine by the 10th free service they will remove all the spare screws and by that time my entire bike will start blowing except for horn.my request to all the vehicle owners, dont leave your keys with them, wait there until your turn comes.
