Need Repairing for management and maintaining the colony, no availability for watering and gardening,Maintenance charges paid but no any staff working here.... Hope they understand and remove the all issue

Not a great site to consider for investment- Started in 2012, not much development, No amenities , if you have kids you cant think of staying here, On highway so always disturbing and full of sound, price is too much for the given location, Amenities. Builder is new so cant trust if future promises will be made like club house which may take another 4-5 years to come as no one ready to construct house there...You will hardly find people living over there.
