6 months agoWorst Hospital.They dont have proper trained Doctors or staff.Even dont know to clean wounds or do dressing. Only Motto is to make Bill.If you love your family member dont ever come to sns hospital.Only digging money out of the patients

The hospital staff is very rude...some of them are good but Mr.Soyat is worst...he doesnt know how to talk to patients. Teach him some manners as he is the one displaying the managements image. We are paying for whatever treatments we are taking but the way he talks in, it seems like he is giving us free service.. highly disappointed.

Hospital is very unhygenic. Doctors are not responsible at all. Infrastructure is also very poor and rooms are not clean.Doctors are only here for business, they do not treat the patients with care... Even the staff is also very irresponsible..

Bed service on the hospital, its not perfect equipment

Worst and horrible experience ever. This is the worst child care hospital in indore. Doctors and staff are very ill mannered they dont even have manners to talk amd consult to you regarding your childs health update.my sisters newborn is being treated here and i am stucked in this hospital for two days without any update about the baby. Its just about making money. And dr. Zafar khan may have the skills but dont have moral knowledge about how to deal amd interact with people.

He is not reliable , because Not received calls and give time to patients in emergencies case.. their behaviour changes with time. He is not available. Whenever i go to sns hospital they says they are gone.. not recommended for emergency case.

Worst hospital....they just take money and give no proper medication...they tell different problems and then give medication for that in order ro make money...and even they have no care for patients and do the procedures in a very rough manner...moreover it is very unhygienic and their staff dont even know what they are treating and what injections and medication they are giving and do not even tell the status of the patient..they just want their bed occupied with patients....plz dont go there if need proper cure...

They dont know how to deal with patients just pressuring them for everything. The staff even dont know what is prescribed for thr patients just blindly giving medicines to the patients. Hygien issues with the hospital. Prescribed medicines are not even required for the treatment, giving these medicines to acquire money from patients.

Very poor services and dirty wards. It dont deserve to be a hospital, very high charges and very poor services.

The doctors charged unnecessary for monitor, even when the same held sticker of not working.If u try to act smart, they ll even deny Ur discharge.if we force them for discharge, they cleverly ask for concern letter ...which is acc to rule.Most loathfull fact is that they can even ask an educated person to put thumb impression on concern note, as they think that signatures are of no value..........
