Very rude behaviour by the representative when tried to enquire about tests on phone. He disconnected phone on my face saying that you need to visit the centre for information. Whats the use of providing number if no one cares to answer the basic queries like cost of the test? And why would someone visit and waste time if the cost of the test is not known?

I have been here for x-ray. We waited two hours because the x-ray machine operator was not at the centre even at open time. After x-ray, when i asked at reception for payment receipt they said it can Only be printed from doctors personal laptop. I have visited three times for receipt collection but getting nothing there but excuses.

High charges but casual approach in billing.I went for the tests and asked the rates.They provided me the full amount without giving the rate of each test.It was higher than my imagination.I had the emergency so I paid the amount and completed the tests.I again asked for the rates, they said we will provide that in the bill.When I went for the reports and asked for the bill, they said it will be given only between 4-5 pm.The next day they gave me the bill of full amount without mentioning the rates of each test. I had to shout at them to get the rates of tests.Those rates were much much higher than the rates of any other diagnostic centre. They are just charging double and their new money sucker is sanitization charges on each billI.I know they didnt invite me and it was my mistake that I went there.I will keep that in mind and I strongly suggest everyone to not visit this place.

Person who handles the phone is very rude, he doesnt answer simple question like are you operating on Sunday?When insisted he disconnected saying we consider people who take information on call as fake callers.. seriously asking if you operate on Sunday is genuine question.. illiterate and rude...

I got my blood test done here and the person was very in experience i have a blue spot as if i was hit. I advice more practice as how to draw blood some thing like this has never happened to like ever

I have went to some tests sonography of my wife , i have collected my reports and for blood and other reports i went after 2-3 days ,They have taken the amount in cash only so any records for the how much amount you paid , no cards or upi payments , but the worst thing is that they are not giving the receipt of the amount you paid, i mean in this covid time hospitals and these labs are just looting the people .This is an excuse that we give the bill receipt only 4-5 pm even i went after -2-3 days they asked me to cone between 4-5 pm onlyI mean how much this illogical and irresponsible answer , to collect the receipt i have to agai. Long waiting. False commitment of report delivery. Also reports were not correct. Just a day after did same test from another diagnostic center all reports were normal. Highly disappointed as I wasted 3600Rs here.

Thanks dr apoorva. Centre is good. All tests under 1 roof. I tried other centres as well during this time but no one was available for sonography between 3-5 pm. While on this centre sonography is open from 10am to 8.00 pm. Look at the image quality. For me they are 5 stars.kee it up

Had to wait for one hour for doctor inspite of prior appointment. Horrible services. They are saying about waiting. And only they are surviving in covid. Others are totally free. Staff totally lieibg from 50 min doc is in the way atleast you have told exact time. Totally disgraceful.

Not at all cheaper, if people say that means those are paid reviews. They dont accept electronic payments. I dont know if its a tax saving technique. Yes, in case you dont have cash they would allow UPI payment.Pathetic, I visited this center twice. First visit - The staff was supportive but the Dr was RUDE. Received a confusing report (I must say wrong report, I dont know how experienced they are). Confusion was over in the next sonography. One more thing, Dr wouldnt tell you anything. If you ask anything, he would upfrontly say you will get it in the report.Second Visit - Didnt want to visit but went there as it the only centre opened at 8 pm Saturday. Due to some reasons we didnt complete the process but paid through UPI. Their UPI doesnt realise the same time it takes days to get realize, OK. Its Thursday they didnt bother to process the refund, I have given them account details to process the transfer let see how long that gonna take.

I had twin pregnancy, 1 is abnormal and unlive today. Went to this place after seeing the good reviews but all the reviews are fake and not at all trust worthy as these people are given ₹100 discount at the time of billing if you will give 5 star rating only before taking the service.So just to get this 100 discount only people have given fake 5 stars reviews which is worthless. Beware of this.Also I found that their charges are higher than others and accepts only Cash payment as of now.
