Nice and fast srvice

I heard that there is some Vastu Problem like so many corners in flat and hall is having 5 corners. Main gate is not opening straight in any direction. Actually, I am not sure about all these and so posting my comments here, so people can suggest me right. Buying a home is a biggest decision in life for anyone atleast for a middle-class people, so need proper guidance. Please advice me if you can. Thanks.

Beautiful view, nice services, ample light, air and water, 3 sides open.

Good name & good people behind it but township doesnt live up to its name. Very crampy & small flats. Cheaper options available nearby if you are looking for affordable flats. They say its 3500/sq ft but the then charge you tons of other hidden cost which brings the cost to actually 4500/sq ft.

Good place to stay away from the city hubbub ... But approach roads are moon craters, filled with churning muddy brown water after monsoon rains . Someone do something of Indore roads please. The towns infrastructure is collapsing ..
