Last time visited this place for some item receive. No problem at service but problem created at the time of payment because there is no other mode of payment except cash. I am very try to payment from credit or debit card but counter boy rejected this due to not availability of swipe machine. So I thing this time most important for this type of service provider give some normal facility like this.

Worst services provided by them. Firstly their customer care number dont work, most of the time is busy. If asking about any query the person is talking very rudely not even giving any details like delivery boy contact no. Such a bad servicing company.

They do not even call you most of the times. Everytime there is an urgent delivery these guys have failed to deliver and apart from this they wont answer your question. Right now also i am here to just take one of my urgent parcels which ofcourse should have been delivered but was marked as undelivered.

There is no contact detail except toll free where you will get only message which is available on the website. They claim that at 11.00 PM the tried to deliver and nobody was at home. A big lie.
