It was my first and last visit in this store, I usually purchase my jewellery from Punjab Jewellers, but one of my friend suggested me to visit once Anand Jewels, There is a famous idiom Dont judge a book from its cover, May be the ambience and decoration of store attracts you, but the staff and service is very poor, staff loves to do chit chat in group but they dont have time to attend the customer, i never ever recommend anyone to visit this store. They should provide some training to their staff.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Good collection, prefer for high value jewels and design above 10 lacs

In indore, its a best place to buy gold, best design, best staff, really loved the place and always prefer to buy the gold from here only.Also Ragani Pandey always takes care of us like a family member suggest the best jewellery and take care of all the requirement really impressive. Worst hospitality, rude staff, went first time to buy, had to stand for 30 minutes just to pay the bill, no seating arrangement, no courtsey, it was pathetic experience, would not recommend this to anyone.

Design and service are good. But be aware...Incase you are buying any thing related to diamonds, please get the diamond certificate before making payment. I purchased few jewlleries which have original diamond and Anand Jewllwers said they would provide the certificate for originality of the diamonds. even after multiple follow ups with them, they are not responding.planning to file a complain in consumer law and BIS Grievance for this.

Updating the review (21-Sep): Anand Jewllers team took the issue raised seriously and got it resolved on priority.Thank you for your support Ms. Jyoti on getting ths issue resolved.Review (17-Sep)-- yes agree @security tester, same issue with me. They say we are not able to find certificate now and we will deliver it at home and that day never comes.big showroom, but such a business model not acceptable. i too now planning for registering complain on National Consumer.

Wonderful place to shop jewelry. Great designs in all types of jewellery and especially good place for buying precious stones. Overall Customer service, store decoration and management, valet parking is great. Customer service executives are humble and help the customers with their queries and understanding of the jewelry. I was attended by Ms. Teena, she is knowledgeable about the jewelry, pleasant and helpful. I had few concerns about a little delay in my order which was properly addressed by Mr. Puspraj and Ms. Teena. Their team constantly updated me on the reason of delay and process. They have all designing jewellery, even you can order any design you like they do all the possible thing to make their customers feel happy. Good service and better quality.

Poor quality and reliability. Ring we bought just cracked while wearing on its own. And had to pay again for the diamond and repair work. The first diamond had fell within one month of use.Update: They resolved the issue by repairing the ring and making it almost new. Good service and response.

Nice collection and good range but not impressed by their policy. Their buy and sell rate of 916 BIS hallmark gold jewellery are different which they accept also, but many customers dont think deeply while dealing with them. Sell rate is 91.6% of 100% pure gold but rebuying rate is 91.6% of 99.50% pure gold.....So you always loose 0.458% on selling your goldFor example you will loose ₹229/- for 10gm if rate is 50000 per 10gm for 100% pure gold.But this is not the same case with some other reputed jewellers. Their the base is constant.

First when we went we had to wait for a very long time, no one was coming to attend. Then we walked out and complained to the manager.Mrs. Jyoti sharma was very helpful and persistent in her work. I like the way she handled the situation and was true to her duty. Then the sales staff appointed to us was also sweet. Overall our store experience ended on a good note.

I literally loved this shop. They have good variety of jewel. The price is also fine and no extra tax. The best this as to why I am writing this review is that theres an Insurance system if you are buying small or heavy amount of jewel from here.. Theres no extra charge. All mint all staffs heres very polite to explain the amount details. If theres any repair thats also taken care very effective and quickly.

Beware: They do not follow COVID 19 protocols. Employees roam around without masks, and let people remove masks as well. The cash counter is slow and over crowded with no lines and social distancing. The customer service is pathetic and we waited almost for 2 hours for somebody to entertain us. The making charges are whooping 16% for basic designs and they claim to be 3% which is a lie. I didn’t find ANY product with 3 % of making charges. Avoid Anand Jewels at all cost bcz its not safe, has poor customer service, is darn slow.

I am regular costumer of Anand jewellers. My last purchase was one set of south design,two gold bangles and one chain. My bangles were openable with screw...now that screw is not working properly and my bangles open suddenly n fall down...after giving so much of making charges if this is the condition its disgusting. I am not wearing it thinking that I can lose them.kindly help me to sort out this problem..we live in Mhow and I work in Army.Need your immediate response.

The collection is good, we purchased few jewellery pieces from there today. The staff was warm and friendly.The only thing that disappointed me was serving water in packed plastic disposable bottles. Plastic is already a huge threat to environment and it cant be decomposed. Small efforts from each individual will create a huge impact. I request you to be environment friendly too and try for other substitute to serve water.

First of all nobody attending us... We waited like 20 mins almost. I planned to order a stone ring but they said it will take 15 days and didnt acknowledge the questions properly.After that I was just giving my rating at the time of exit as unhappy and suddenly the representative stopped me by holding my hands and said not to rate. This is not the way they should deal with the customers.

Really good and fast service

Today we bought some gold item in Bhopal exhibition and they charged 9.9%making charge+3% GST. Is it ok?? Gold rate also 3499 per gram. I feel it is high. Making charges are also very high. How are they claiming their rates are lower in comparison to other well known brands and jewellers?

Im already a permanent customer of Anand jewellers shop but somewhere I feel bad because of a miner system which is related from cash back . Sometime we were not satisfied with our choice .In that case we cant earn money for that thing , I know that is a part of business but when it will come then every people will havebeen a chance to get back soon in shop. Overall owsm designs are available there and a very nice staff .
