Charged extra money for what I dont know. Last time I visited the store they have provided all services including haircuts and blow drying in 199. But this time they charges 500 from me and my friend.

Horrible salon. Having illterate and unprofessional staff under the name of Jawed habib salon.I had keratin treatment done on hair 2 days ago at Vijaynagars branch but came for hair wash at Central malls branch. The shampoo and blowdry are done my hair by HOUSE KEEPING STAFF!! And they dont know how to blowdry. One of the two staffs blow drying my hair almost burnt my hair. When complaining to the guy who sits at reception, instead of accepting the mistake, he started shouting and arguing with me. Rude and uncultured staff! Also they dont have the Conditioner of the brand they use for kertain treatment!Dont waste your money and time and risk your hair with these people!Highly unrecommended!!!

This was by far the word salon experience. The staff was untrained and not concerned about the needs of the customer. My haircut looks like I cant leave my house. Even my wifes clean up was utterly disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone in any case.

The most pathetic expierence i ever had first of all they charged 600 rs for a cleanup of 10 mins they are such a culprits i dont know how could people go to such a bloody place the small parlours even give atleast half an hour for cleanup totally waste of money!
