Absolutely horrible experience.Its going to be a lengthy review.. Sorry about that but this place warrants it.We had booked 3 rooms for 3 days. Our scheduled check in was at 11am and we reached there around 4pm, we were informed that rooms are getting ready and we need to wait for 5-10 min.After 5-10 min when we asked again, they said, we have electrical issue today so until that is fixed, your rooms wont be ready!!! We were in shock, when forced they provided us with the VIP ROOM (pics attached, need to see it) The room was not lived in for at least a week, it was full of dust, even the bins were not cleaning, tea cups from previous guests were still lying there. We were told to relax in such condition. We asked them to clean the room at least, the cleaner outright said to the manager he doesnt have time in front of guests (us). No one came to clean, we later inspected the rest room, the toilets were filthy, and soaps of previous guests were still lying there. Nobody bothered to clean. There was fungus growing on the pillows. In times like this (covid situation) they dont give sh... What happens to customers. Now the owner of the property got involved and said to us, you booked from oyo, call them and change the hotel, this is what we offer. Now tweets to oyo, calls to customer care started and oyo absolutely didnt bother helping. First of all it took us over 2 hours to talk to a human on oyo side and after sending the pictures of the place and explaining things, they said, will get back to you.... Thats it. They dont give sh... about customers.All this took over 3 hours, we were sitting in dark room with no light, no hot water or even basic clean room. The manager requested, gives us some time, we will clear 3 rooms for you now personally and give you. We accepted the request and about 45 min later 3 rooms ( remember el only rooms) were presented in a decent fashion in the basement with no window whatsoever. We moved in to that and then when visited washrooms oh hell.. not again... It was filthy. We were so exhausted but this time, we complained again and now the hotel people said, oh you complain for everything. We were frustrated and wanted to go out for dinner, asked for keys of the rooms, guess what... No keys for the rooms. The hotel doesnt even have it. Next day the lock Smith was called to make keys... The owner tells us, I have given key for 1 room, pack your bags and keep it that and lock that room... Seriously? He also said will send a boy to pack your bags and move... Who allows their stuff to be touched by others specially in covid time. When questioned about the rest room to the manager if she would stay in a hotel like this, she openly said she wouldnt yet asked us to stay there.Next day there was a wedding party and the music was so loud even at 11 pm that it was impossible to sleep, they didnt care how guests would feel. Absolutely filthy place and horrible staff.The first morning my wife complained about some rash on her back... We just ignored it later found the place had bedbugs. We are still dealing with the after effects of bedbug bites.I can rant for 2 more pages on how much we hated this place and oyo did squat to help us. Good bye oyo...A wonderful trip was absolutely destroyed by this horrible place.

Stayed here for a night. Hygiene is what I didn’t like about this place rest a pocket friendly place to stay. Since restaurant of it isn’t open yet many nearby dhaba’s are accessible from this hotel for trying out different delicacies or Zomato will be good option.
