Great place for small functions, hotel room was good but not best. Lift us meant for 2 persons which need to upgraded soon.Stay for 2 days with average behaviour environment

Hotel was good. facility was acurate bcz washroom was not totaly clean n room was ok only. staff behaviour was good .. al the way it was good and cleaniness should be focused ..

This hotel is maintained by ****,Location is good,near to main road and I-Bus stop,Taxi stand ,Food Courts etc are on walking distance.Complementary Breakfast is good enough and also felxible upto 10:30-10:45 which starts from 7:30 amRoom service is also avialable for Food ,Tea etc on chargable basis.Rooms are spacious,Having Split AC working but controlled centrally(Need Remote in each individual room)Improvement points are as below-1-Need to work on Washroom water leakage, Resulting Fungi and bad oddour.2-Bedding/Pillow Covers are torn need to change/Maintain timely3-Towels must be provided by default,we got after demanding the same4-Complementary Water bottles/Toiletris must be provided on daily basis without followup,We called number of times for cleaning and Water bottelsEven for changing bedsheets and cleaning room, it took 6 hours

1. How can you do construction and still give your rooms to customers? It was a nightmare to live there with drilling sounds that were piercing your nerves. Even after complaining it kept on going. Pathetic service.2. In the name of breakfast what they give is only Poha and Upma. I mean, really? 3. Only good thing was the manager tried to understand, but was helpless and couldnt do anything. Even some of the staff was so eager to look into my room whenever I opened it, like I dunno what they wanted. In short, THE MOST PATHETIC STAYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

Dirty WASHROOM, Dirty Linen, Dirty Towels, Leaking Tap, water is continuously leaking from the basin TAP. No maintenance at ALL. Room was spacious. Main door of the room was swollen due to moisture and was ajar even in the night. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.

Hotel reception staff are very warm and welcoming. Hotel is at a prime location but rooms untidy, room service pathetic, laundry is awry, no record of clothes given for wash, door bell not working, bath rooms are shoddy & old, leaking water closet flush tank contrary to brand new look shown in the advertisement, service boys scampering for used water bottles shows the direness. food very costly. lift of victorian era. They give both RO water for free and mineral water and towell was missing in the wash rooom & no plates if you order from outside. thank you

Food was good. very old infrastructure and furniture needs mandatory renovation. intercom and ac not working and worst ac remote was not there worked only once through mcb after that not worked at all.

The room was a bit dirty as it has not been renovated since a long time. Room service was average with average food taste.

This is a old hotel... We entered the room .. Bathroom are unkept and unclean...toilet seat didnt close properly....waste water from washbasin leaks onto your feet. At midnight Bedbugs are your bed partners.Reception is unresponsive...they dont even listen to complain...they are in chalta he mode.This is a  place that charges Rs .. for a hotel room that provides Rs. ..service.

I enjoyed staying at htel amaltas indore.Hotel was reasanably clean.Bathroom needs to be more impfoement in terms of more amenities should be available,water tap to be on more better condition.Intercom phone was not working caused inconvenience to me.
