Edit:NO! its not about the amount or warranty sir.You are still missing the whole point. The display got the horizontal lines issue AFTER you changed the LED strip. I am so sure because I was watching the TV just before it blacked out and next day I took it to you store.After the repair I noticed the issue and pointed it out then and there (before taking the TV to home), but your team told me that it will disappear automatically after couple of days (with the heat generated by the panel), which never happened. Later on they argued that I brought a faulty TV in. And from your reply below it seems you are still trying to justify them after an year?Just to let you, my TV still has those horizontal lines and it is unacceptable for you to blame customers for your mishandling / malpractices. If Id be at your place, I would have preferred to open up the TV again and at least try to see what went wrong.With all due respect, you deserve ONE STAR!. My advice still holds.PS - I would like to apologize to the readers for the wrong choices of words with my initial review. It was a heated moment. Ive nothing personal with Doon and I was just frustrated and reported the incident here for others to not fall into that trap.---------------Old message:These idiots have ruined my 32 inch Samsung full hd led tv. Suddendly one day my tv started going blank after showing the samsung logo. After reading all the rewiews i chose to go with these guys. They said the display is good and changed the LeD strip and tv came back to life but now the display has horizontal lines all over it. The lines are visible even from a distance. After a lot of dicussion they said its not their fault, I brought it like this, they didnt do anything to the dislay and they cant fix it without changing the display which would cost Rs 11K.The LED strip they had installed cost me around Rs 3000 in total, which they claim as original product from Samsung, yet there is NO warranty whatsoever.Just a piece of advice, if you have branded tvs go with authorized service center instead of getting into awkward situations and loosing your money and tv.
