Please give electricity in scheme no 94 area properly , daily light is going.Today I have called them and they picked my phone, thats why i gave 5 star because they are improving as well as they have called me back for the complain and electricity came. Nice experience with them, keep it up.
Worse billing, how come small family gets the 4000 rupees bill for month.how it is possible with out luxury electronic accessories like Air Condition, washing machine, tv etc.,
Power cut in Sai Kripa colony Indore on 30th may. 1912 all time busy. Vijay Nagar not picking up the phone. Worst service. Meter runs fast. Even you complain for meter replacement, the replaced meter also fast. Govt is just looting.
MPEB staff never pick up calls to listen to customers complaints. We face issues and very bad experience in these cases. please hire some staff to listen to complaints only and who can take necessary actions over it.

MPEB guys are bunch of lazy asses who do not care about any problems or emergencies of the people. Sick of this!
They do no recieve any call then why the hell u have quoted contact no for 24 hours. Pathetic electricity board atleast respond in late night. Kids get irritated in night due to power cut n they do not even response to inform us about time require to provide power supply.

From Omaxe city Il Indore, From last 2 days electricity goes at 4am & today went at 11pm till now its 7:50 No One pic call nor any senior officer to contact, weather they are aware or not.

Guys !! Directly call to CM helpline number 181 and post complaint about this MPEB problems . They have to close the complaints within 48 hours , so strict action can be take against this MPEB fellows . They all are just taking salaries without any work , these salaries are produced from our taxes .
Pathetic service. No one picks up the phone when there is electricity outage.
