All the department of Medicines are available but staff need to improve their shelf knowledge

Over priced all things ..better be proactive and go for online purchase. Staff behaviour is pathetic, they think customer is just money making Machine.

Although they are having all systems in place , but they are not maintaining, if you don’t no about your medicine, it’s your on risk to buy from them , as in counter they asked you is this medicine of your , means if medicine will change then who will be responsible.And behaviour of the employees was pathetic. At counter. So if I go over all experience from them it’s was totally Pathetic.
