The staff at the reception was unaware about the procedures and the preparation requirements. They didn’t inform me about the prerequisite for the tests and hence wasted a day of mine because i have to come the next day after being prepared.The rest of the staff is very nice and polite.Professional behaviour and the reports were also submitted punctually.I was even informed about my reports being ready via a text message.I went for a full body checkup and it costed me around Rs. 2170/- it also included full eye checkup.

First of all kindly confirm about the drug allergy test from the main branch. Saalo ne humko thug liya khandwa branch walo ne. They other branches people dont no anything about it. They didnot refund our full amount. Last month I didnt received my mothers sample report through whatsapp or hard copy of it.

After booking the test slot for covid test with one of there employees. Booked at 10:00 AM and currently its 5:43 PM and no call from there side. This is the ground reality of the clinic.

Pathetic staff.I called them for a test called CT coronary angiogram, initially the attender doesnt know if that test happens there or not, she was not even ready to listen and write down test name for confirmation and asked me to send pricription.I send them pricription and exact test name .hours later when i asked them they said their sir will call.Its been more than 1 days, no one has called.I dont know if their owner even cares

Very unprofessional touch there. I have visited the clinic for sonography to my wife 1st trimester they did sonography 3 times because dr unable to detect. This unprofessional behaviour can harm the pregnancy. And waiting time is too much long it look like we have only this thing to do in a day. I have raised the complaint let c they ll improve or not.

Very unprofessional Behavior. Sahil at front desk from MRI department called me and said that your appointment has been proponed. We had to rush my Old aged mother by missing her meal to reach at the suggested time. When we reach there they ask us to wait for a long time and we noticed that they were taking other patients in between to gain more money.I think we need more honest and trustworthy Diagnostic centers in our city.

There is no reasonable price of CBC test. they are taking advantage of pandemic situation and they raised test amount from 200 to 400 rs in a month. Please do not visit for CBC test here....

For CECT scan they charge extra by reception guy..totally unworthy..they asked for 8 yrs old document to write the report...total useless..kindly go for another lab

Worst Service , Go to Central Lab . Their staff is ridiculous , they dont treat you nicely, you have to wait for hours no matter how serious condition you in. They are just money suckers. Go to any other lab or online but not this fraudsters.

Wait time of 3 hours for sonograpy is not acceptable. They need to inform the patient about the wait time well in advance, so that patient can be comfortable. But they are quick in collecting money instead of caring about the patient condition. Unfortunately India have too many patients per hospital /diagnostic center and most hospital and diagnostic center dont care about the feedback.

Poor service and inexperienced staff...I brought my wife to this center on urgent basis and Dr. completed Doppler sacn of twins within 15 minutes as dr. has to leave early.. this is doubtfull case..Also their assistants are not experienced and wrote the wrong placenta position in report... However dr. corrected them...but this kind of careless staff and rude behaviour of assistants are danger in pragnancy cases...Please avoid this center if you care ur wife and babies.

Worst service I have everseen, there call center guys said the report is ready and I have booked the appointment to the doctor. but after 45 minutes I visited to the center they says it is not ready and giving meaning less reasons. If the report is not ready then you guys can say that the report is not ready.Totally waste of time. Irresponsible behavior. Totally disappointed

My experience is worst. Agar 0 star hote to wo deti main. Subah se sham tak wait Kreate h jhut bol k. Time waste and charging more money comparing to other. Very bad service do not prefer them.

Only using brand and charging higher rates for tests than private hospitals , employees are also non cooperating and red tapism is there in main branch , should. Choose other centres for test , overall bad experience .

Pathetically unhygienic! These people dont even find it important to clean pre used machine parts before using it for another patient. Such professions and procedures require a lot of care with regard to hygiene. Didnt expect this from such a reputable diagnostic center! #disappointed

It is a fake lab. Gives false report. No one arrives even after 2 days of booking for home collection and call, give each others numbers, talk to them, talk to them. The staff is fraud, it is also fake. One speaks, booking is done, another speaks, booking has not been done. Are fake people.
