Review based on my personal experience during my wifes delivery amid Covid-19 period in may2020.7⭐ would have been less for their immense support, co-operation during my wife🤰 pregnancy and words will fall short for👨‍⚕️ Dr. Mukesh Sodani ji for his constant guidance and availability (be physically, phone) throughout the entire pregnancy period.During 🏥hospitalization which in our case was 3 days as my new born 👶boy had to be admitted in NICU for 36hrs their care was up to the notch with strict adherence although they provided us video of new born activity.The hospital falls short in terms of infrastructure when you compared with some new players but in terms of nurses, support staff which plays a very crucial role post delivery we couldnt ask for more and they all deserve 👏👏.Special shout 👍to Ms. Pallavi (Insurance team), Mr.vivek (admin team), Mr.Lokesh who helped me in their respective work and made life easier with constant availability and support in terms of documentation.Payment mode had all cc acceptance apart from cash.Final verdict if you are an individual who can compromise all room infrastructure and wants excellent nursing care go blindly for Medicare.

I have faced a lack of compassion and care. She was not well informed at all. . She should know how to behave with a critical patient. My point is she never come on time to me, behaved rudely, and does not have proper medical skills. Let me be aware that you people even have hired an unskilled person like her. It will down your reputation.

Myself Vivek Choudhary and i donate blood at Medicare hospital on 18 march 2021 at 3:30..I suggest everyone dont donate blood here . The nurse who take blood looks begginer and not so knowledgeable..after donating blood my forearm became blueish

Management is poor, no educated staff at reception area. No idea and training of the software running in hospital , lack of communication , misguiding the attender , no proper chain process, aap yaha chale jao waha chale jao vo kr lega mene bol diya he this kind of words effect the process. Reception ladies should be change as soon , this hospital is in indore not in jhabua so please prepare or educate hospital staff according this region. Behavior should be improve. This incident show Medicare hospital doesnt deserve 1 star.

Too expensive in the name of mediclaims. Doctors are nice but the admin staff of mediclaim is not good. They do not know the process and then patients have to born the amount on their own

Hi everyone. I had my ACL surgery on 1st September 2020. Surgery was done by Dr. Pankaj vyas sir. Very professional staff. I had no problem from checkin to checkout. The doc is just so great and friendly he answered to all my queries. The operation went smooth. Very good post surgery care. The doc is always available on phone. I dont know about other options available in indore but i am fully satisfied by my treatment and will definitely recommend this hospital to others.

He handled the situation very fast n by the grace of god he saved my life..His bhvr is so polite to their patients n listen them very well..not prescribed lots of medication unless u really need it.One of the best doc. Worst hospital ever : (Date : 16 sep 2020)1.) Nurses not properly trained , skip doses. As a patient you have to be always vigilant if you get all the doses in time.2.) No one listens to patient and their concerns. You don’t get response even after multiple bell rings. Being patient you need to go out of room taking along saline bottle for getting nurse’s attention.3.) Mediclaim settlement and final billing takes forever. I stayed 1.5 day extra in hospital even after discharge since mediclaim department was lazy enough to reply to insurance company’s query.Untill absolute emergency, please don’t even think of admitting to this hospital.

Receptionist and extra staff like watchmen and other attenders are worse with the patience. They doesnt have any helpful nature towards patience they just care for money. If you give 500 rs to any staff they will send you the first to meet doctor. Especially that 5th floor rrceptionist.

Very rude technical staff. No manners on how to talk to a patient . Pathetic service.There visiting doctors may be good and very reowned. But the hospital experience in it self is very bad. The staff are extremely rude and arrogant and after politely asking for another print out of a not properly printed report ,the technician said after snatching the report from patients hand- you can ask for a refund and go.I would have have given it zero stars if that was an option.

Fake Hospital, very unsupportive staff

Just not satisfied with the hospital. Patients are waiting here for more than an hour and that to during COVID-19. Nowadays hospitals and clinics are the only place where people are most scared of going . Where as we as patients are already having health issues. And what we see here is everyone just sitting and dont know where the Dr. Is.I hope someone sees this issue and take a action.

I went to this hospital for delivery of my wife and I had a good experience with this hospital. Staff is very good and very active. All the routine activities were done in timely manner. Hospital is maintained neat and clean all the time. Charges are reasonable. Chemist section is a bit lousy and it takes lot of time to buy medicine from them.

I found best orthopedic ilizarov specialist doctor# # dr arvind verma jangid .i was suffering from my leg thigh bone deformity and shortening , i was not able to walk properly i visited many centers in mumbai ,delhi but no one assured me .finaly i visited dr arvind verma jangid at medicare hospital so polite in nature full of knowledge and he assured me to treat my leg problemb. Doctor iperated me and now i am fine my leg shortening and deformity curedThanks to sir

Most patients here were recommended by some doctors. It is an old hospital so rooms are not well maintained. One can go for treatment anytime and will get service there. Parking is on the road they dont have proper separate parking. Also hospital may get difficult to find if you are visiting there first time.

The worst response and treat they do with customers,specially by sonography department (counter no.-6) by female receptionist..her behaviour to my childs health doesnt matter ....bad experience overall ..

Worst Hospital , worst facilities and hospital management is very badWe have lost our kid because of this hospital and they are keeping all the kids to special ICU for atleast 24 hours for money then declaring it that your kid is no more.Please refrain from doctors like Aruna Inani , Mr & Mrs Gehlot (Tilak Nagar hospital). You will loose your person and doctor come and reply to you that your case is unique , it happened in once in year from our hand but we came to know that it happening there everyday.I have got this information from workers over as well as I have seen many kids there on ventilator.They will just prescribe you medicine which is available with them only with very high price.They have made my bill for around 1 lac for a day then declared that there is nothing in therir hand that too when my family started shouting on them.Worst hospital , please rafrain from such hospitals and also if you have mediclaim then they will try to make your extra bill because the money will not come from pocket.They will take 100% medical fee + extra charges like ventialtor + special ICU then they will declare that your person is dead.Also the amount which they are charging for rooms is quite high as comapred to facility provided.Please save your life , acting on time ..Every doctor here will give you different reasons for your kid problem and at last they will say your kid is no more....lower level staff is good but they are not allowed to talk to people as they are aware of this game of special ICU played in this hospital.

We had worst experience at this hospital . My sister underwent a Caesarian with myomectomy on 6 th sept 19 . First we had pre approval for cashless the admission procedure was smooth .our stay was for 4 days On admission we were given a private room on 3rd floor the room was so dirty with no ventilation and water cepage than we asked the staff to change our room to 4th floor .Hospital doesn’t have a proper parking and that day the hospital sevage line got blocked spilling dirty water all around the roads of hospital The security staff is arrogant .Anybody can walk in no hygiene maintained shabby rooms and old dirty beds and bed covers . OT waiting area dirty and staff at help desk OT doesn’t know anything The bed size is also very small .Nursing staff is good .The canteen facility is also not so good they just try to cut the cost in meals of patients too .worst experience and Would never recommend for hospitalisation to anybody .

The hospital has untrained and lazy staff. Only if you want to pester yourself with a lot of mismanagement, admit to this hospital.The services are untimely.Even the deluxe rooms are so small that my patient got hurt while entering by a wheelchair so lets not even think of patients on strechter.And if this is the condition of the so called deluxe rooms you could imagine the condition of the general ward.

Worst Hospital, Staff is untrained, no coordination between the different departments of Hospital.Management is worse, they give attendant list of medicine to buy even if patient is critical, they have a pharmacy shop inside the premises but they always send at tenderness to buy the medicines and stuffs.The pharmacy shop is selling everything on MRP even when there are discounts outside ranging from 5-40 % on different medicines.Quality of Rooms are pathetic.

Very bad management. No support of duty doctor . After requesting to change bedsheet 4times No change. All the said night duty maids sleep at night duty on their dedicated mattress.

Worst experience of my lifetime. Duty doctors and nurses arent available at night. Serving patients by taking nice sleep. One has to chase after them for attending the patient. Arrangements are extremely worst even in private rooms. Theyll charge you 4000-5000 rps for private rooms but no second bed for the attender. On the back of it if you ask them for one what reply you get from them is hamare rule me nahi hai jisko complaint karna hai kar dena. Strongly suggest not to put your loved ones life in danger by admitting in this hospital.

Worst experience. At the time of enqueri they shows a large room on 4th floor. But when we came to admit patent they provided a samall provate room on third floor. Behaviour of supervising staff on floor is very rude.In morning they agreed to provide one extra bed with patent . But at 11pm they refused to provide that.

Executive health check up feedback 4 Medicare hospital:Looks like they are unprofessional to me,7000 (health check up + TMT)No value for money !Experience with Medanta and Arihant hospital is much better then compared with Medicare.We had to run to other hospital for check up and for final OPT consultant they sent us to Robert hospital !Becz Dr Mukesh khapra was not available in Medicare on that day !!!!
