She is worst doctor she is arrogant , rude , misbehave . She only doing the situation more critical . She is not on time . We have to wait 2 hours everytime and whn we ask to their staff they say mam is on way . The medicine is so costly about 3000to4000 for 15 days. I recommended not to go their.

She is really a good doctor and treat patient in a very efficient manner. Firstly she listen problems carefully and then suggest solutions with precautions. I dont know why some people have given negative ratings, sometime she gets late because of their job of surgeon and other has to wait at her clinic but we have to understand doctors cant leave their patient in the middle of a surgery to reach at other place.And the prescribed medicine are expensive is also not a valid point to rate a doctor negatively because in todays time most of the doctors are giving expensive medicines because prices are too high and they cant do anything directly if pharma companies are increasing prices.From the first day of medication started my mother is feeling good & comfortable and now she got completely cured within 1 month of course. I really thank Dr. Vandana Bansal for her kind gesture and good behavior.

Very bad and pathetic experience. Never recommended to anyone else. Points needs to be considered.1. She is late about 1.5 hrs. When I ask receptionist she always says mam is on way.2. When she arrives she is very rude and arrogant in tone. After this my wife says she dont want to be there anymore.3. When we ask for refund our money (700) one guy says we will deduct 200 for file charge. After that I explain him in his language with some good words and then he return our money.Verdict - pathetic and never recommended others.

I wish I could give negative ratings, first she comes very late (more than one hour) then she is very unprofessional and rude. But I ignored these traits and went on followup visit with my wife, this time she immediately started writing medicines without even asking about improvements, and when I tried to ask about the health symptoms we are facing, she started shouting and her language was very very bad this time.. My wife cried after coming out from the clinic, I was feeling like abusing her but our upbringing is better for sure. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Good doctor but seriously need alot of improvement on timing. This was my fourth visit and evrytime i had to wait for min half hour to 1 hour or more for a 5 min consultation. People were really pissed off. She should uderstand tha value of time for other people too they too can have profesonal commitments she can surely communicate her vistng hours to her receptionist that can make it convenient . Or she should change her consultations timing from google very first.
