Today, first time I visited urocare hospital with my 76 years old mother. She is suffering fromsome urological problem. As i entered in hospital ,I saw neat and clean waiting area , with nice seating arrangements.i reached at reception to know about our appointment with doctor. Gentleman sitting there told me just to wait for some time . At our turn they called my mothers name and finally we entered in the chamber of doctor. Doctor was very polite and humble . He saw previous records of treatment carefully and asked to my mother about current problems she is facing. Doctor listened carefully and wrote treatment after test result. He is full of positive energys and console my mother about her speedy recovery. Let us hope she will be alright 😊 after taking medicine .

Today I visit this place. I talked with doctor arround 5-10 minutes. His is very polite and they did answers all my questions. His treatment is very good. If I talk about the place is quite Ok requires some free space and greenery for the fresh air.

I must say Dr. Rajesh Kukreja is best in his field. The advise given and timely action were amazing. Had hard luck for not getting the opportunity of final operation of my relative coz of COVID protocol, But still could feel the sincerety and care for patients.

Best doctor for kidney stones. I got relief in 10 days only. Honestly I tried many medicines and treatment but no permanent relief. When i met kukreja sir he suggested medicine and without any surgery I got relief with stones. I strongly recommend all of you for any urological probelms. Dear Sir,Few points to give your attention (I visited with my father to see you):1. Staff behavior: There was a hardly phone pick up by your staff. while asking it was told that other number was busy. At least a call back could have been done. There must be only patient would have been calling no one else. Also, while visiting to hospital staff behavior was not polite at all.2. Pathology: Pathology lab set up in your premises told me that your (my father) reports Sonography has been given that was based on the updates in system (as system showing it was delivered). After a lot of discussion the reports were found in their drawer itself, it was also told that another report can be given but without screens and Dr. Signature. Also, the person who is deployed by sampoorn pathalogy doesnt know to take out the blood for sample. Your nurse Miss Swati helped in procedure. Sampoorna guy thrice injected the needle to take out blood but he was failed.3. Most important, you have been charging Rs. 50 for a set of covid kit (2 hand gloved, 2 foot gloves, one head glove and one mask) which is costing not more then 2 to 3 Rs. My request to charge a fair amount and should not be a source of Income.Hospital is very nice, neat and clean. Never seen such cleanness anywhere.Rest up to you.Thank you very much.

My father got operated for a kidney stone procedure by Dr Kukreja. He is very professional, polite and concise with his communication and the charges were reasonable and well explained to us.
