I went to see the doctor to consult about my moms retina problem. I got good reviews on internet so I decided to go to him. He asked to do a test and gave a nice explanation about the disease later, also suggested to do surgery. While I wanted to understand more about the problem and the operation method, FOUR times he said to me, please wait outside and my assistance will explain more about the problem. I completely understand that the doctors time is always precious but he must understand the fact that a patient pays money to listen from him, not from the Receptionionlist.After the meaningless explanation from the receptionist, I asked her to give me the bill of the medical test and consultation fee. She gave me a print out, which was not the original bill. When asked, she gave me a ridiculous comment. She said, we only gave original bill if you have to redeem your medical insurance.Dont go with the internet review of the doctor. He rated five star to himself.
