Pramila hospital is very well equipped with the latest equipments, having very supportive and caring staff.Rooms and Floors are very neat and clean.Dr. Moon Jain is very caring and taking very good care of there patients.On regular basis she is taking feedback of patients even in mid night also she visiting and inspect the patients.Very much happy and satisfied they treat and taking care.

Dr moon Jain mam is excellent doctor .As we experienced my daughter had IUFD with haemoglobin 7.8 and thrombocytopenia .doctor took emergency decision and advice firstly for blood transfusion and after blood transfusion IUD baby delivered. and now my daughter is absolutely fine .Pramila hospital is very clean with extremely supportive and experienced staff. Service are appreciable .

Receptionists are very unprofessional. There are so many comments about how covid + patients are treated, but nobody mentioned that u will get covid from here since there is NO social distancing and the waiting room is fully packed the staff doesn’t care for wearing mask or keeping hand sanitizers at reception, people keep coughing around you. Even if you go after taking appointment they make you wait for more than 2 hours every time and are just concerned about taking money extremely bad service! Not recommended at all.

Today i am in Pramila hospital for prescription of moon jain but really surprised that no one is ready to even understand the delay in same, tried to discuss with staff but again ignorance observed. I dont want to come again here considering todays behaviour of staff, specially from Divya and their colleagues. I keep telling them about my urgency but 2-3 staff member not even listening.

The most unprofessional doctor, I have seen in my life. The doctor prescribed sonography in very early weeks(4 weeks) of pregnancy, post the pregnancy report she states that the heartbeat was not detected, although the heartbeat gets detected in 8 - 10 weeks. The doctor just wants to fetch money from patients as she has built a new hospital.- Prior appointments are not taken on time.- While consulting the patients other employees of the hospital, come in between and talk to the doctor, therefore the doctor is not focused.- Money fetcher- Gives fear to patients and questions are not answered properly.I also believe the other ratings are fake.

Pramila hospital is very good hospital. Dr. Moon Jain has available all time for consultant. Hospital staff has also very supportive. We have admit at midnight at 04:00 A.M., hospital staff frequently admitted and same time at 04:00 A.M. moon madam also came for viewing her. Further, after 13 hours labor pain we have normal delivery. madam has done superb job and we have blessed with baby boy and main thing is that madam has committed for normal delivery and she has done with her committment. Thanks madam a lot for all the things that you have done for us. Charges for hospital are also reasonable and affordable. We have releived from hospital in just 2 days only. All the best madam for future and continue to do what you are doing for the community.

Very bad non professional Doctor. I waited for 3 hours after her time of arrival but the doctor still did not came. People give respect to doctor but doctors take patients to granted and the person handling reception takes files and doesnt give to patient. They should have closed for a day if doctor was not available. Unnecessarily people came from far distance such as Dhar and even after that doctor was not available. If patients gives respect for doctor, they should also show the same behavior to patients.
