One of the best person I saw....he is best doctor as well...Precise diagnosis without indulging in so called third party diagnosis like MRI test he uses his experience and knowledge.Results can be seen in hours post his advise and medicine.Limited medicine as per requirement.No wastage of money.No tests which are not needed.42 years of his experience is useful for his patients.Soft speaking.Listens to patients concerns before concluding.Thank you Sir for treating...we are proud to have you in Indore.For readers - trust him without second thought.

Worst managment and pathetic display of service, they dont care about the punctuality of time. We were given the time of 11 Am for the scheduled appointment, the doctor himself arrived at his residence at about 12:45 PM (Now dont tell me you were out because of emergency, I saw him in a tracksuit carrying groceries) and started checking the patients at about 1:15 Pm. And by the time our turn came, it was 3 PM already. And the worst of all I spent, ₹11000 that very day. And the medicines that we were recommend, didnt do anything at all. Instead, my father got more sick because of that treatment. And whats with the sitting behind a glass wall and talking with your patients on a microphone? Seriously? Sorry doc! But Im not going to recommend you to anyone. Deal with it!

Worst doctor. Worst medication with lots of side effects. Be safe from this buisness man. May god curse him the way he curse his patients. A friend of mine was having headache and fever he took appointment from him and was recommended for hospitalization, i dont know what of medication he did that he lost the functioning of his kidneys and he died.

Worst Staff, Worst Management, Worst Service.Staff members behavior was so rude. They do not even have manners to talk to patients. They dont even care about patients problem. I visited their clinic with my Mom and the staff their was so rude with my mother (Age 55). My mother was suffering with severe headache sitting there for around 4 hours but they keep saying that we need to wait till our number. Even management their was worst. My mom is taking treatment of Apoorva sir since 4 years but never had such bad experience before.They dont even care about the patients time. They called patients at 1 oclock and doctor visited at 4.30 oclock. Everyone has the same complaint.So unprofessional!!!!!!!Now, I will never visit their hospital just because of poor service and unprofessional behavior. Also, I will never recommend anyone this hospital.To Pauranik Sir/Mam,Please change the staff or give them strict instructions on behavior. It would be better for those who will come trusting you for checkup. Because in one day, I have heard the same experience with around 7-8 patients. I think you should focus on this.Thanks in advance.

Worst management ever. They dont respect time of patients. My appointment time was 2 o clock. Now it 3:45 Dr still not in clinic. Patient unable to seat so long. Dr timeing is 4 so why they give me appointment for 2. nonprofessional behaviour. They Dont know the meaning of appointment. But the ground cleaning staff behaviour is so polite 5 star for her.

Dont visit this father-son duo..They dont know what treatment they are giving and what can be the possible side effects of any medicine.My dad got hospitalized because of them.Charged 6000 for visit at hospitalJust want money from patients.

One of the worst doctor visited. NoNo management at all. First of all he ignores the appointment requests from patients and tries to convert all patients for his young doctor son. His son has no understanding of cases and is an utter waste of time. If you manage to get appointment of Dr Apoorva then too after reaching his clinic he will waste your entire day. If you ask staff politely at 4 pm ..... Madam how approx will it take as you gave an appointment of 2 pm but its already 4 pm... She will reply rudely.. we dont know at all.... But Madam there should be some idea like how many patients are pending and any rough idea of time.... She would again reply rudely... As I told we dont know as list is with sit so only he knows. She also added that you can rather see his son who knows nothing Dr Nipun Pauranik. Utter waste of time and extremely rude staff. Worst clinic ever visited.
