Best quality sweet and other food items but 1or 2 times they have messed up my order so pls confirm but top quality food

There was a cooked cockroach within the dish I ordered. It can be clearly seen but then also employees have shown no feeling of sorry, they just laughed and said no no its a vegetable not any insect and they dont even scolded the cook for this. And there is no head person to whom we can complain. Although they compensated me with another dish but who wants to eat a dish with insects in it? Very poor service.

Good qlty good service

Got packed sweet on Diwali and it was totally covered with fungus. When I went back to shop to complain about it, then main manager was laughing and scolded me back for not opening packet on the same day. Very bad experience at JMB. They didnt felt sorry about the whole experience. Very bad staff and sweets are full of fungi.
