This is one of the worst hospital I have seen in my life. The review is about motherhood Indore. First of all we booked video consultation which got cancelled three times, Every time waited more than half an hour but the doctor never joined.After reaching there they suggested us Endometrial Biopsy without explaining any reason. When I checked with a nurse in lift then she started talking about targets.Its more like a entertainment park rather than a hospital and the doctor in more interested in functions and program rather then the patient.They preponed our consultation one day before and we had to take an early morning train but the doctor did not arrived on time. Very unprofessional.Its been more than to months we never received our reports which they were about to send next day even after calling multiple times. I hope you can understand ho seriously they take their patients.I request you not to visit this hospital and even if you are visiting please have a second consolation from any other doctor before going through any procedure.All this reviews are looking like paid reviews to me.UPDATE -- I cant reply on motherhoods comment on my review, will post further updates here. I have shared contact details with motherhood, lets see if they are really interested to discuss my concern.

Doctors and staff are very professional, caring and friendly. Its a nice experience staying at the hospital but I have to deduct two stars for two things. 1) the bathroom was dirty. There were molds all over and hair on the floor. Dont feel like touching anything in the bathroom. 2) some of the room equipments were either faulty or missing. Though they were rectified later but we got disturbed in the process. However, it is a very good hospital which take very good care of its patients health.

Hospital is good services are very good.Reason for 3 stars:Pharmacy is unhygienic I asked for a mask and the person gave a mask which was not even packed and and the pharmacist has put his hands all over it. When I asked for a packed one he said he dont have one and I have to buy a full packet of 50rs. I asked ok give me that then he said he dont have that packet as well.

My experience for this hospital is worst. Doctors dont give satisfactory consultation and dont provide any proper treatment. They only charge high fees for their infrastructure. Whenever you go in that hospital you have to wait for so long as well and in this hospital there is validity criteria after 6 days you have to pay to see doctor - It means there is validity criteria.

This is the 3rd time Im using Motherhood hospital Indore service. But this was worst, me & my Mrs informed the guy during admission that we are covered under cashless policy of ICICI Lombard. But during discharge they created Havoc & made our life.. & my small son of 4 yrs old was crying unbearable. It was such a heart-ache & paining situation for me which i cant describe in words only parents of small child can feel it. Met the concerned person but they were firmed of not allowing us to go until we clear all the dues. At the top of it my Mrs is an employee of same hospital but still they didnt trusted her & services she is rendering. They made me feel as though we are bound slaves who have to pay before we go. My earnest request to all, please DO NOT enrolled in this hospital for any type of service or else you will be nailed & screwed up.

Very bad first experience - Had to spend 3 hrs for the first appointment. The place is total chaos. No one guides you on the process, there are multiple inexperienced junior doctors that you have to go through before meeting the main doctor. There is absolutely no personal touch someone mentioned correctly that it is managed like a government hospitals.There is more if your stem cell vendors is someone other than “Lifecell” you have to pay 15000 Rs (Yes 15 Thousand) collection charges. it seems in the free market economy you get penalised to selecting the vendor by yourself.They need big time overhaul in terms of how to handle patients and how to run a business.

Its really hard to digest and wait especially when you make a prior appointment from Covin for a paid vaccine and keep waiting just because you are the second person to get vaccinated and unless they get 10 people you need to keep waiting.Whats going on here?
