Pls try to avoid since they are only making money utilizing the helplessness of people. Isolation bed charge 10k per day without medicine, oxygen. You have to pay 70k as advance. Please avoid this hospital.

The experience have been pathetic.The doctor is in his own dream. Without reports diagnoses his own hypothetical problem with patients.By some reference my father went to vivek khandelwal for stone removal from urinary tract.He mishandled my fathers case. For some simple operation of stone removal my father suffered for a month. Developed fever, infection and shrinkage of the tube in urinary tract..Vivek khandelwal is a careless doctor. Doesnt know how to treat people. Pathetic doctor. Worst hospital. Making money is the only agenda.

My uncle is a covid19 patient admitted in Khandelwal Hospital Krishna Nagar. My Uncles Mobile stolen from his bed. No action has been taken while folowing up with the staff and Head of the Staff. Staff were rude, arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude. A lack of care and compassion, such as staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable and for his safety. they were treated, such as poor food or No support in night time. We found a wire in Daal Sabji food. notified to hostpital but no action has been taken against anyone. we lodge a police complain against regarding a stolen Smartphone. only Staff allowed to come in COVID19 Ward. We asked CCTV Footage but they refused to provide us CCtV footage due to their staff involvance in this incident.therefore we notified the hospital by 3 times in writen. Head of the staff said I will do nothing i have no resposibility what you are saying. Do what you want to do whether go to Delhi Court .My humble request to all of you Please dont visit this hostpital for your loved ones safety and life. be carefullRegardsMannu Gujjar

Dr Amit, Dr Reena are strikingly good in their medical knowledge and handling patients with smile.Staff is overburdened with work load.Billing system is very troublesome. You will have to make 2-3 visits just for balance refunds. Card machines never work.X Ray and Ultrasound will give you HORRIFYING feeling. 1st, they have specific timing for test which keeps you waiting even till next day. 2nd, their report can be collected in specific 1 hour time only. You will have to leave all your work just to collect a report. And then, even if you need to go for Ultrasound, they will ask for X ray. Why ?? Simply because of their test timing problems.

My experiences with Doctor Reena was on the top of the sky......she always gives support and motivate her patients. I was upset with some hospitals located in Krishna Nagar chowk but when I came to Khandelwal.... I was so happy and blessed with 2 kids ....and also my internal things are OK now.. Dr . Amit such a careless doctor i guess he should have burn his degree of being a doctor. My family has a worst experience with this hospital the ward boy name Harish he is such a scoundrel that he put empty oxygen to the patient which cost the loss of my uncle life. The team of the entire hospital is not at all experienced they should shut down their hospital moreover the reports they have given to us also not belong to our patient. I think people shouldnt go to this hospital if they really wanted to spare their close once lives.

Khandelwal nursing home becomes a hub for doctors to earn money and do nothing for patients. For kidney patients instead of improving their condition they try to make their health more bad and whole heartedly tries make them to go on dialysis. To get a long lasting chain of money by dialysis, they dont try and understand any family problems and how much any family member comes for any family. They are like money earning machine.

Dr.Vivek is really a nice urologist.I suffered a lot due to my stone.He helped me like God for me.The entire para medical and nursing staff is quite good and well behaved.I strongly recommend this urology centre for the diseases related to urology.

This hospital is specifically for gynecologist and urology treatment. Dr. Reena Khandelwal is very experienced gyne. She has a very good hand in C-section delivery. Hospital management staff is bit of overloaded but very courteaus actually. I experienced one of the best nursing staff in this hospital.

Hospital staff is cooperative and sincere. They are not cutting throat for money. They always try to contain the Drs OPD charges affordable. Dr Reena And Dr Khandelwal both known for the fair practice. They never look for patients money, always Suggest required tests only, they are serving very well with this hospital. If you want to visit Dr Reena for Gynecology problems or consultancy during pregnancy, just go blindly. She has most steady and safe hand in surgery, also believe me you are in right hand. As well as same we can say for Dr Vivek. Just go and dont worry about money. They wont mislead and they wont overcharge you during hospitalization also sometimes they reimburse some money for poor peoples.

Please dont patients for dailysis in this hospital. They dont wash the dailyzer and keep resuing them. I had to spent 89000 rupees just because of their carelessnes. This all money gambling is happening under the supervision of Dr. Pradeep chhattri (nephrologist). He never comes to check what is happening in the dailysis and is never available in an emergency case. They leave the patient to die.

Receptionists are illiterate they dont even know timings of their own doctorsthey dont know how to treat a patient hot to talk.

I think all the sufferers should come forward and make a strong complaint to the Director of Health Services or to the Ministry of Health to take strict action against these jholachaap doctors (though they have degree, but God knows how did they manage to get degrees). I will certainly recommend to move to Ministry of Health to make a request to cancel its recognition for this hospital. Dr. Khandelval (Urologist) does not care about the health of the patients and recommends surgery or harmone treatment to the patients without checking the other vital parameters of the body of the patient. Just go and see the staff in this hospital. They are nowhere literate. Very pathetic condition. He prescribed harmone treatment to the patient without checking the other parameters like blood count, LH and FSH and other harmones to confirm the cause of the problem. How can he do that? Its not as per protocol of medical professionals.
